I have been using Davis Plumbing for about a year now for any and all of my plumbing needs. I had a facet and toilet installed by Ian. As always he was on time, pleasant and efficient. He explained the full service of what he was going to do and gave great tips along the way. He always provides great customer service.

We use Davis for both HVAC and plumbing. Although they may be a little pricier for some services, though not all, I always know that I am getting quality technicians, the work is being done correctly and they stand behind their work. In addition, they are always on time, they always return calls, and communication with the office and technicians is seamless.

Vinny came over and helped with our heat problem. He was honest and very friendly! Told us all of our options and currently our heat is up and running! Thank you so much!

Technicians arrive on time and gives me a heads up via text when they’re on their way. After assessment, they will provide an explanation of work and quote as appropriate. Once an agreement for statement of work is reached and signed, they will complete or schedule work depending on scope and parts availability.

Davis uses an established electronic system for quotes and invoicing. On-site electronic payment processing and instant detailed electronic receipts keeps the process green and simple.

The Davis team is always respectful and considerate of my property for jobs big and small. From boot covers, canvas floor coverings, masks during COVID; to suggesting veneers for exposed outdoor conduits to keep my home looking nice. I always know I’m in good hands.

The Customer Service Representative Amanda & the HVAC Technician CJ are very professional & kind! CJ is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous! He made sure to explain everything in detailed "laymen's terms" so I would understand what the issue was. I will be using them for future maintenance. I hope to not have any further HVAC issues but if I do, I will definitely be using Davis Home Services again!
