Review Update: They were able to fix it to my satisfaction and I was able to open the pool for the Memorial Day. Owner took time to call and explain the situation.

Used their service for taking gas connection to my Outdoor Pool Heater. Job is not completed, Over 23 days now. They took 90% of the Money. First they sent inspection request to a wrong county. No response from anyone responsible at Davis Plumbing. Called county and they said they don't have inspection request. Pool supposed to open in 2 days, on Memorial day with guest coming. Looks like that's not going to Happen. Thanks to Davis Plumbing.

Called Davis HVAC for an A/C issue. Needed maintenance and I had a refrigerant leak. Mr. Vinny was knowledgeable and prompt. He explained everything and I was satisfied. I will have to call bck for duct cleaning as of 2 of my bedrooms are not cooling. Thank you.

I asked the cost of the installation when I called to schedule. I was told $95.00. Installer arrived and quoted $346.00. Service manager told me the scheduler is not allowed to tell me the price, only the installer can do that. The $95.00 is the service call only. WHY WOULD ANYONE USE A COMPANY WHOSE POLICY DOESN’T QUOTE A PRICE UP FRONT???

I was very happy with the service we received. The two young men who performed the service were so polite and knowledgeable. They explained exactly what was done and showed me photos of the work. It was such a pleasure and relief to find a service who actually showed up, was on time and was very professional.
