I am very pleased with Davis Home Service
over several years, I have used them for repairs and maintenance of my heating and A/C systems. Harry Hatcher provides excellent service with efficiency and professionalism. He is informative and helpful when explaining issues and service. I truly appreciate the company’s response to calls and turnaround time. Their maintenance plans are also available!

We had used another plumber from a different company prior to this visit who said he repaired our garbage disposal however it continued to leak , he said he would be back to repair it but never came and never called us as to why. We waited over a week and then we called Davis plumbing. We were immediately impressed because after our phone request we received an email confirmation of the appointment. We then received email notifications of what time the servicemen would arrive and immediately prior to the visit we received a picture of the service man with his name. Ian the repair man was pleasant and personable he introduced himself and came and looked at the problem. He then said we would need a new garbage disposal and he would work up an estimate. He gave us the estimate and then proceeded to install the garbage disposal. He gave us pictures of the repair after he had tested to make sure that it was working properly. We were extremely impressed and will always use Davis Plumbing.

I need a heater certification. Davis home service is excellent. The tech is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The work he did is outstanding. My furnace is 20+ yrs old and need some part replace. He replace it and work excellent. The price is good and he come ontime

Ian saved my life! After days of not having working plumbing and being ignored by the first company I am so grateful to finally have plumbing. Ian got here within 45 minutes of the first call and found the problem. He showed up on time the next day to fix it. Amazing company and amazing service. Next time I will be calling Davis first

Ian, our serviceman, was on time, extremely personable, efficient amd proficient. He was careful and neat and explained all. He stayed well beyond normal “working hours” so that we would have hot water that evening.

First thing is that I had a 2-4pm appt. I asked the company if they could come earlier and they said they would try. The technician Harry called at 11:00am and asked if he could come at 11:30. I said absolutely. The second thing is that the technician was VERY thorough in assessing the problem. He fixed the problem (which was under warranty) at no cost to me. I am extremely pleased with Davis Home Services. I never have to wait for an appointment and the technicians are knowledgeable, experienced, and absolutely professional. I recommend Davis Home Services 100% for all your HVAC/Heater needs.

Ian was very nice and professional! Our sink was clogged and he made sure that it was unclogged before he left. He was very kind and we thank him for helping us out! He also answered all questions I had for him and was nice enough to explain how stuff works with the pipes!

I called on Monday evening about blocked/clogged drain. Was dreading the worst. Anyway, appt was made for following day between 11-1. The 2 workers arrived just after 11. I received call about 10:15 saying they were on the way. Which was awesome. Honestly thought they'd arrive after 1 and would take hours to fix. But they arrived and completed job in no time at all. Both were very nice, professional, informative, and spoke to me to make sure I understood what was going on. Also, I was worrying I'd need to replace pipes soon but was told no, they were fine. Which was huge weight off my shoulders. They didn't recommend any unnecessary work. Were very efficient and personable. Cleaned up after work was done. I was actually expecting some water on basement floor and wouldn't have minded in the least. But there was none. I will definitely be using for any future needs.
