Christopher James is very meticulous at his job. He is very knowledgeable about my hvac issues and explain to me in a way that I can comprehend. He gave me 2 options to fix the problem without killing my pocket. He is very upfront with the prices. CJ is a technician that he is very honest and it is very difficult to find an employee like him. Hopefully, Davis Home Services is appreciated you and working outdoors with inclement weather is not easy job. Thank you for fixing my AC. Thank you and I am grateful!

Christopher was very helpful and knowledgeable and professional. Once we explained what our problem was with the dryer he then understood why he was caller here lol. He was able to figure out where the blockage was clear it in a short time and verified my dryer was pushing the air out. We appreciated his time and professionalism.

Btw.. you get what you pay for!

Would not give us estimate over phone for garbage disposal install … guy showed up, we gave him the box with the new disposal from Lowe’s and he attached one cord and charged $240 saying it would be a total of $800 to finish the install. Will not recommend and will not use again.

From the very first interaction; to the first visit for the quote; to the dispatcher checking in several times (and asking me if I needed the Tech to pick me up anything on the way - such as a bottle of water) ; to the professionalism and knowledge the technician Nicholas Difilipo exhibited, it was an amazing experience. This company is the real deal with incredible customer service. Highly recommend!
