I called Davis due to an issue with our high efficiency furnace. Garrett with customer service is very nice and professional. He is timely and always made sure I had the information I needed and put me in contact with the right people. Harry was our technician. Harry is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and kind. I would recommend Davis to anyone.

I called Davis in the morning due to my heating system going rogue on me. They scheduled someone to come out and check it in the early afternoon, and by mid afternoon, it was up and running! The repairs were completed by Harry, who was on time, very professional, and explained everything that was going on with the system and how he was going to fix it. I was pretty impressed too, because I know nothing about Heaters, but he explained it in a way that even I understood what was going on. They will be getting all my future business.

We called to have a sump pump installation quoted. We was quoted $6900 for one sump installation without electricity run to plug the pump into. This would be for digging a hole in my crawlspace floor and adding the pump and hole through my exterior wall. Price was shocking as I read the average is much lower in cost. I hired the job out to another plumber for $1900 the next day. I know the job would be difficult being in a crawlspace but that price is way too much. Additionally, I was told nothing over the phone about a fee for simply quoting me. Be very careful with this company as it sounds like they may charge a fee to come quote. This was never mentioned to me over the phone appointment setup so I wasn't charged but the technician still mentioned it so it sounds like they try to collect a fee for just showing up in most cases.

Update: Davis Plumbing came out for a separate issue and like last time Ian and his colleague provided great service! Highly recommended!

Wow!! Let me start with saying I am very happy with the work done by Davis Home Services! I did a lot of research prior to having Davis home services conduct my duct cleaning, which i know it needed desperately in my home. They are not the cheapest but the value they bring is great. They showed me before and after photos, even offered a video inspection to me. The difference is great, i also purchased indoor air quality products, I can feel the difference in breathing already a day later! The technicians were courteous and professional, providing care to our home. They took their time and did a thorough job. Will definitely use their service in the future, Thank you!

I called Davis Home Services on Monday morning with No Heat! They were able to schedule me for a service appointment the same afternoon. My technician, Harry, actually arrived a few minutes early, which was great. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and accurately and got my heat running again. I found Harry to be very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He even did a safety check on my furnace. This was the first time I used this company and I will definitely use them again. They are reasonably priced, very responsive, and most of all HONEST!

The technician was early and extremely pleasant. CJ explained to me all of my issues and their solutions. I could not be more pleased with the service. Customer service at its finest. I will be exclusively using Davis for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs.

Ian from Davis Home services came out to fix a gas line for my dryer. He was on time and I liked that I got a text message letting me know which technician to expect and how far away he was. Ian was friendly and efficient and finished the job in no time. He also explained the service plan Davis offers in a way that was informative without being pushy. I was very pleased with the service I received!

CJ was open and honest, and he disclosed to me that we inherited the warranty from the previous owners. Very professional and fixed my issue.
