Azeez explained what the possible issues were and what it would require to get those items fixed. He was very knowledgeable, informative and patient with answering all questions and providing product knowledge. He had me check the work after he completed the project to be sure that I was comfortable with the work. I will definitely use the Davis plumbing home services again. The expertise and the customer service is rated A plus!!!!

Highly recommend Davis Home Services. Very professional. Our plumber, Ian, came out quick, was friendly, polite, efficient and explained everything thoroughly. Great company all around!

Of course, on one of the coldest days of the year, our heating system died (it was 20 years old). Called Davis Home Services because they did plumbing work for us in the summer of 2021 (replaced hot water heater, fixed leaks and repaired a toilet). They came out same day to confirm what we already figured. Next, they had estimates and were working to juggle their schedule to accommodate our situation. Next morning, Iggy and Michael arrived to install the new system. They were both friendly, knowledgeable, and no-nonsense when it came to getting the job done. When they were done, they checked everything to make sure it was working properly, and did a great job cleaning up. Would definitely recommend!

When I came downstairs one morning before work, I noticed a water stain on my kitchen ceiling underneath my upstairs shower. I have used Davis Home Services several times before for my plumbing needs and I was glad that when I called we were able to schedule an appointment within a very reasonable time frame considering that everyone is having staffing issues lately. Ian showed up as scheduled and was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was very thorough in his inspection of the shower, pipes, and drain, showing me exactly what he was testing for and why. He took the time to explain what he was finding (both the good and the not so good), made recommendations on what could be done to correct the issue, and he made suggestions on other minor preventive maintenance that I could do myself. What I had thought would be a very costly repair was something very minor. I asked Ian if he would have the time to replace a shutoff valve under my bathroom sink that was stuck, even though I had not requested this when I made my original appointment. As he was draining the water from the pipes, we found that my kitchen faucet was also leaking, and it also needed a shutoff valve replaced. Well as my husband and I know, nothing is ever easily fixed when it comes to our house, and now Ian knows this too! The shutoff valves were old, rusted and a “bear” to replace, but Ian handled all the challenges that my house threw at him and he kept on singing as he worked. This is a man who truly enjoys his work and the challenges it presents. Thanks Ian for the great work you did!

Great customer service and quick response. This is my 4th time using Davis Services. Usually I would give five stars. However this time , the technician did not provide the included air filter ( he didn’t bring it with him ) or return on the next business day, to drop off filter, as promised. I’m disappointed.

Harry showed up 45 mins after the appt call was made. He called and let me know he was en route. When he arrived he looked over the inside HVAC unit and then we walked outside where he immediately found the problem (which was the component I suspected as well) once this was identified he looked up pricing which was very good and I actually opted for 3 years of maintenance vecause that price was also not too much of a pocket hit. He was very professional and took care with every step of the process. Had cool air blowing in the vents within 20 minutes and I didn't feel anger about the cost

I needed help removing a kitchen faucet because a nut was stuck. The company sent Ian the same day I called. He was quick to arrive and completed the job in a professional manner. This company even provides the location of the person when he is on the way via an online link. Not a perfect 5-star only because I think the cost was high relative to what I needed done.

Louis and Bobby did a great job installing a new A/C and heating system in my home. I highly recommend Davis Home Services!

Update - Nicholas performed maintenance on our heater to ensure we are ready for winter. He was prompt, friendly, and professional. I continue to recommend Davis for heating/cooling/plumbing needs.

Within less than two hours of noticing water around the water heater and contacting the company, Ian came, evaluated the unit and provided a great service in installing the new water heater. He was methodical in removing and installing the new unit. Also, took time to explain the problem, and to inform me of the progress. Installation was quick and very professional. Thanks!!
