My AC unit has been progressively declining for the last 2 weeks. I called Davis and they responded immediately, scheduled a technician for the next day and kept me updated via text. Harry was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and reviewed my options without pressure. He called me that same day, a couple hours after the appointment, to let me know the part is available and he’ll be out tomorrow to instal! Talk about quick service. Thank you! Vinny was a big help. Boiler wasn't staying on and house was cold. Fixed that issue with no problem and also found out that my system was operating efficient due to pumps being off and not working. Not only have heat in the house now but is heating better than it has in years. Answered all my questions and explained things at my level of understanding. Davis-Heating better be careful he doesn't start his own business because I'll be calling him personally for future repairs.

Gentlemen sent only viewer problem frozen so couldn't get to route of problems, still charged full amount, company did not honor discount has advertised, when spoke to Deon, given the runaround, stated was an emergency call even though listed has 24 hour 7 days a week business, 1st time using will never use again, also will let friends and family know not to use either.

Wayne Maver did a great job. He diagnosed issues with our toilet and ultimately suggested a replacement because it was close to failure. He walked us through his reasoning, made his recommendation, and accepted our input as we decided what to do. He also repaired and replaced our exterior faucets for garden hoses, and he even adjusted the temperature setting on our bathtub faucet that wasn't getting warm enough. He also took the time to go over his work with us. The previous plumber didn't which is why we had issues with our bathtub faucet in the first place. I'd have him come back to do more plumbing work in my house in a heartbeat.

Shane, Russell, and Luke came to install a brand new HVAC system (AC/Heater, no gas in my house). Similar to my prior review for another technician on a different job, I found that Davis Home employees are consistently very nice and professional. The three guys did an awesome job and very thorough. Don’t be fooled by the young looking Shane, this guy has a lot of knowledge and knows what he’s doing just like the rest of the crew. I’ll keep using Davis Home for regular maintenance. Thank you guys and now I hope it’s worry free for me for the next few years!

Vinny was great. He didn’t have the exact part in his truck, so he contacted a fellow technician and drove to get it, then promptly installed it. He also gave me some tips on how to optimize the system. Highly recommended!

I was getting estimates for heating and air-conditioning. The reps name was Gene who came to my residence. Gene was great answered questions and was working on the best deal possible. He gave me things to think about and also gave me options. He listen to my needs and what I was asking.

Ian was very professional and quick to fix our drainage issue. He explained the process in detail and made us aware of any protocol or procedure before we paid. I highly recommend his services, thanks again!
