This was the best experience I've had using an HVAC company. They were prompt, courteous, and the price for the work done was fair. The technician Harry is fantastic. knowledgeable, personable, professional and very pleasant to work with. His demeanor was the best advertisement and representation of the quality of work and customer care. 5 stars all the way.

I had another positive interaction with a technician from Davis Home Services. Harry did my annual heater maintenance, explained what was going on, what may be needed in the future and assured me the system is good to go when the weather gets cold. Very knowledgeable, reliable and courteous.

I had prior experience with Davis for a plumbing issue and the technician was good. This time was a more intrusive and full service. My hot water heater went down and needed replacement but in a tricky spot. Wayne did my new install and the guys who did the HVAC install were nice and did a good job as well. It was an all day job for them.

I was able to call at 10pm over my leaking AC which was flooding my floor. They were responsive, friendly, and efficient. The technician Nick was very polite and knowledgeable fixed the problem quickly and painlessly. Not a bad price either. I do recommend using their company and will add they are veteran owned and military friendly!

Ian with Davis Home Services Plumbing did a great job replacing old pipes in the kitchen. Louis with Davis Home Services Plumbing did a great job replacing old pipes and developing a brand-new washer box for the washing machine. Both were efficient, effective and courteous. I would recommend Davis Home Services anytime.

Harry arrived early for my appointment after calling to make sure it was ok. He was very knowledgeable. He replaced my thermostat & inspected my air conditioner to see why it was not working properly. He explained what the problem was & showed photos he had taken of the problem. He told me what my options were & also about the company’s service plan. I contracted to have a new air conditioner installed.

I was quickly scheduled for installation.
On the day scheduled, Russell arrived on time with two other men. They worked most of the day in my crawl space to change out my air conditioner. They were all very polite. Russell was very knowledgeable and worked tirelessly to make sure everything was done correctly. I was very pleased with the service.

I had the best experience today with two kind, knowledgeable plumbers (Ian and Bobby!!)! Being a homeowner, especially when things seem to go wrong can be overwhelming. It is helpful to speak with people who are clear and knowledgeable!!!!! Today was a lucky day. Thank you!

Harry came out and he really listened to me rant about our system. He kindly redirected my thought process and diagnosed the issue. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I also liked that Davis sent me a text with his bio so I knew who was coming. I look forward to hiring Davis to come out to sort our old system out.

Great experience with Davis from start to successful finish. Easy to schedule an appointment, reminders leading up to the home visit, professional and knowledgeable plumber who did a great job repairing, installing and upgrading kitchen plumbing. Our Davis plumber Ian explained all the work and left us feeling like we have our home service “guy”. Wonderful experience all around!
