We’ve used this company twice and got a maintenance membership. The first visit was with Jeffery Bailey. He was helpful and took the time to educate us. The last visit was with Kyle Mason for a service. He went above and beyond and explained numerous things to me that I was previously unaware of. He was patient, communicative, and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable and the membership is well worth it!

We have had Cardwell out a number of times for seasonal maintenance, to replace our whole home heating & ac unit, and some plumbing repair work. Cardwell is communicative, prompt, and courteous. All the the reps that we have seen have been outstanding at explaining what they are seeing, what they need to do next, providing multiple options for repair or replacement. We have been impressed by the professionalism of the entire team. Would highly recommend.

An overall fantastic experience! From our initial meeting with the Cardwell Tech John Morley through the A/C installation, every step was first class and worry-free. We needed a new A/C system immediately and after an informative, absolutely no pressure consultation with John we decided to move forward with the installation, leaning on his recommendations as a guide. He handled all the financing paperwork required, and was able to schedule our install within TWO DAYS! The install crew(John & Rob) were on time, courteous and professional in every way. The job was completed in about 4 hours, and we would definitely recommend Cardwell HVAC and Plumbing to anyone in need of their services.

Unit was shutting down in heating mode due to a back pressure issue. Rob also found that the drain line and vent were not installed as per field design drawings and corrected the issue and performed a seasonal maintenance. Unit running great.
