The plumber just looked at the garbage disposal machine and without touching it suggested that it should be replaced because it’s very old which in fact is installed 2 years back. I requested to at least check it which he did reluctantly and again suggested for a new one and said $ 200 for machine and 200 for me and the total will be 500. I said I am confused and can’t afford you. I then requested that he would at least open the pipes or the unit to check the issue he then reluctantly opened the pipes and could not seem to figure out what was wrong. He then tightened them back up or at least thought he did it properly but it in fact started leaking and there is water continuously still leaking and flooding the lower cabinet.
I had no idea it was leaking I just overlooked it thinking that someone had spilled water. Instead of fixing the crusher he rather increased our problems with the pipes.

I called Cardwell in the morning and Ryan came out a couple hours later. He was professional and friendly. The service was top notch. I highly recommend
