Cardwell HVAC & Plumbing

I tried to get these guys, I spoke to them on Tuesday and got scheduled for an appt for tomorrow after going over what my job was, adding a AC to my existing forced air heating system in my recently bought house. Today, Thursday I get a call saying that they are actually booked and can't come until Monday, then I was told to hang on for a minute and was asked to explain the job as they didn't have the info in front of them. I told them the same info as before and was told that they don't do that!!! Really!! A HVAC company that doesn't work on houses unless they have existing AC systems!!! Ridiculous!! You would eliminate 40% of the market easily. They were overbooked and just said whatever to get rid of me and wasted 3 days of my time. Good thing it wasn't during a heat wave . . . oh Wait.

If there was a emoji for dogs being too hot it would go here as my dogs are too hot.

Daniel and JJ were my service technicians. They installed new heater and air condition.
They were professional, courteous and Daniel was extremely knowledgeable. It was a big project and was completed in one day. They even cleaned up after they were finished.
Daniel was able to answer any questions or concerns I had.
I would highly recommend Cardwell and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Just had scheduled maintenance on unit and they never disappoint. Very knowledgeable, courteous, professional. Eric was my technician this time and he was great.

Yearly maintenance was done on Tuesday by Sharif and he was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.

I called in the morning about a sump pump in my rental not working. Chris came out by noon. He was very professional and helpful. It's hard finding quality, trustworthy people so it was a great relief to work with Chris and the company. Thank you!

We have used this company on many occasions we have a yearly contract with Cardwell for repairs and service.
Yesterday we had a appointment to have our hvac serviced for a non working vent in our family room. we did not know what the issue with it was so we had a tech come out and figure out what was wrong. Legoy was sent out to figure out what was wrong with our system. He found the issue that was wrong with our hvac and the repair was a very difficult to get to squeezing between rafters and duct work. he did a amazing job and also told us what had happened.
This is not the first time we have had Legoy to our home. last time was general maintenance and service. He went though everything inside and out and was very polite and knowledgeable. we were very pleased to see he was the tech again.

My family and I needed a new heater after being in our home for only a year.
I reached out to a Cardwell rep and they got back to me quickly. The next day after calling John, our Cardwell rep came out told use what we needed. Price was better than the previous 3 estimates I had gotten. John was very pleasant, helpful and informative. Even bringing us portable heaters until the new heater was installed 2 days later. The heater/AC was install by a great friendly team. Working to get the job done with quality work, keeping me updated every step of the way. Even giving me a slice of pizza when the job was done. What a GREAT company. I would recommend Cardwell to any of my family and friends

Unnecessary sales tactics used to get customers to buy things they don't need. It was very clear that the tech I had was trained to do this and that it's not only him but all techs working for the company. Based on my research, sales tactics are an HVAC industry standard, but that doesn't make it okay.

I'm hoping to one day find a long-term relationship with an HVAC company that goes against the industry standard and doesn't have commissions or unnecessary sales as a part of their business model.

The hunt for that company continues.
