Allied Experts Heating & Air Conditioning

I was approached by this company at my home. They offered new AC/HVAC/Hot water system through PSEG Energy Savings Program.
They were pushy, did not explain all information, it was sign sign sign without time to fully read the documents. Then when the work was almost done but they needed to come back 1 more time to fix the door hatch...then it was threats that I would lose the program funding if I did not sign right away that they had completed the work, when infact they still had to come back.
After that I experienced 3 gas leaks at my hot water heater. 1 PSEG took care of and 2 Allied had to come back and repair themselves.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. It was more headache than help.

I had a consultion with Matthew today to discuss how to make my house more energy efficient He was very professional and informative. He took his time to explain things going on in my home and eagerly answered any questions I had. Very poisitive experience!

The people that came out to us for the pre-work appointments, as well as the installation guys (who came out more than once) were all fantastic. I would give them more than 5 stars.
The scheduling department - they deserve a 0. Every appointment was rescheduled minimum once, sometimes 3 times, things randomly got canceled.
If they could hire some of their field work people to work in the office and get the scheduling done, you'd have a fully functional company.

Mark came out for our assessment was so patient with a very chatty 4 year old and a large dog! He made sure to go over all the program info and was very helpful with the process!

Both techs were very knowledgeable. They recommended things o can do and explained how the system operates.

John Martin is an excellent technician friendly, personal, and very punctual and knowledgeable . He communicated well when he would be able to be here and was on time. Extremely helpful and would highly recommend him and your company to friends and family.

He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. His inspection was very thorough and he took his time making sure he got every piece of infomation that was needed.

We did use Allied Experts for a large job that involved a change of Heat, AC, Water heather and insulation, I have to admit that we were very hesitant at the beginning, it was like too good to be true, but they did what they said they were going to do, their work was very effective, they were on time, did a very high quality job, they were courteous and professional. We were very impressed. Highly recommended.

Greg and Shaun were super helpful and knowledgeable. Greg is really responsive via text and pricing is very flexible. We had a great experience with them both and highly recommend them!
