My experience with Allied has been very positive so far.Everyone who I have interacted with has been very professional and very knowledgeable.

Came out for energy assessment, Nick was friendly and knowledgeable and completed a thorough energy assessment of my home.

We recently took part in the Energy Star Rebate Program that Allied Experts offered in partnership with PSEG. This program included the installation of an energy efficient HVAC, new water heater and upgraded attic insulation. The lead installer was not receptive to my concerns or questions and the work seemed rushed. This ended up leading to shortcuts being taken and ultimately we had to have several things redone. The water heater is extremely loud and we regret replacing it. Most alarmingly, the attic insulation team left an attic door in our garage unsecured, which ended up falling right on the hood of our 2 month old SUV leaving scratches and a sizable gash. We were told to send an email describing the issue with pictures, which we did weeks ago, but still have not received a response. Guess I should be thankful my kids were not in the garage when the hatch door fell. We would not recommend going through with the program.

We did a home energy audit and was pleased that Allied didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need! Our house was slightly under it's max efficiency, but not enough to make a huge difference in our monthly energy bills. I really appreciate Allied's honest assessment, and because of it, I will definitely consider them for future work in my home!

Mark and Eric were phenomenal. They arrived on time and worked extremely well together. They both went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make me feel as comfortable as possible. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and gave great recommendations.

I had a home energy audit completed. Mark... the inspector...was very professional and informative. He did a thorough job, was polite and respectful, and explained things clearly. While I am very happy with the inspection, I am not sure whether I will use the business to do the work. It all depends upon the cost of the program. They are working the numbers now. Because the program is fairly expensive, I may need to get additional price quotes.

Jeremy from allied was incredible! He fixed an issue with my furnace in a matter of minutes which had been plaguing me for days. He was knowledgeable, professional, and even gave me some tips on how to service the furnace myself if the issue ever came back in the future plus tips on about a dozen other issues I had in the house - not even all of them HVAC! I hope every repairperson I work with in the future is just like Jeremy. Thank you!

Service technician, John Martin, provided excellent service in connection with some necessary repair and configuration work on new HVAC system. With ongoing supply chain challenges, scheduling was a bit of an issue but the customer service team ultimately resolved this effectively. I’m very happy with this contractor and look forward to working with them on maintaining my HVAC system.

I am a home improvement contractor and have to say that I am totally impressed with my experience with this company! From the initial consultation with Anthony to the installation, everyone was professional, courteous and on time. Their installation work was efficient and immaculate. They even came to the rescue with a temporary solution when our prior AC condenser failed prior to the install date. If you need HVAC services, I highly recommend this company!

Great experience start to finish. No problems needed fixing, just wanted some routine maintenance on the heater. Online appointment was easy to make, rep Eric reached out to confirm what our needs we're and let me know if other services/memberships they offer without being pushy. Tech Javier showed up on time and was clearly knowledgeable. There was no big upsell attempt here either, he said the system looked great and gave some maintenance tips, got me an estimate for duct cleaning just because we didn't know when it had last been done by previous owners before we moved in. Will go back for AC maintenance as well! Definitely recommend.
