Nick arrived within the time frame. He introduced himself and was very friendly. He was very thorough and knowledgeable in his work. He even flushed my water heater which in 8 years had never been with service from other companies. I would highly recommend Allied.

So far, I have had a representative from Allied come out to assess my home for “sealing” my home with insulation and also getting a new hot water heater. They are going to review the assessment and respond back regarding a rebate program. So far, my experience has been really great. The two guys who came were professional, informative and personable.

After spending a lot of money with Allied, I’ve become frustrated and very disappointed in their lack of customer service. They are, at times, non-responsive to multiple calls for service. Such a shame! They sell a good product but the service after the sale is horrible!!! Beware!!!

The team at Allied was a pleasure to work with from salesman to scheduling to installation. I had a complete system installation (Furnace, A/C and insulation). All of my questions were answered along the way and there was never any pressure. The installation teams were professional and courteous. They did the whole furnace and A/C job and half of the insulation in one day. They had to come back for a partial day to finish the insulation. Overall I am pleased with Allied throughout this process. I would highly recommend the entire team I worked with in this process.

Technician was very professional and he explained the work he had done… he was courteous, approachable and easy to talk to.

We called at 7pm on a Sunday because our heat was out and we have a baby at home. The tech responded promptly and walked us through a temporary fix until they could get here in the AM. The office called first thing and they were here in the afternoon to get everything back and running. John was knowledgeable and professional and best of all punctual and responsive.

Matt was knowledgeable, thorough, thorough, and very informative. He was meticulous in his details, and took the time to answer all our questions.

We have been very happy with the services provided by Allied Experts. They respond promptly abd this time when they were unable to send the two technicians on the date scheduled; they stood by their commitment did a temporary fix so we're not staying in a non air conditioned home. They have stood by their warranty without giving me a run around.
Their technicians are knowledgeable and take the time to explain what is being done.
