    What a fabulous experience from start to finish. From meeting with Nathan for the estimate where he thoroughly explained all of my options. Equipment, financing etc. all set out in a way that was easy for anyone to understand and allow them to make an informed decision. The office staff who called to confirm paperwork, appointments and such, were pleasant and professional. Lance and his two sons came to install and worked fast and efficiently, respecting my home and keeping me informed as they worked step by step. Overall, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a company doing work in my home. Kudos to the owner for employing such an amazing staff.

    C&C did an amazing job getting my water line restored after the main line broke. They were quick and efficient, even though they were dealing with a high water table and 5 days worth of rain. They stayed until the job was done and I had water back! They also made my sons dreams come true with the giant mud puddle in the yard! Dylan, Wayne, Phil and Jake did an awesome job digging in knee deep water/mud and Matt was able to get the electric run smoothly! Thank you all for getting my house back on line!

    I recently hired C&C Air to replace my 20 year old furnace and central air unit as well as the ductwork that was original to my house built in the late 1950s. From my meeting with Jason who provided a plethora of options for what was always bound to be an expensive undertaking, to my follow up meeting with Rick whose expertise in drafting a schematic for the ducting turned a potential preparation nightmare into a cinch (a total of 3 neat and tidy 2'x2' holes in my drywall when I was prepared to remove the entire ceiling), to the skilled, polite, and punctual gentlemen who executed the installation, my experience with C&C was nothing shy of stellar. They were more than happy to work with me on pricing, completed the entire project less than a week after the contracts were signed, and even assisted me with the financing offered through New Jersey Natural Gas for high efficiency units. When the installers left upon completion my home was cleaner than they had found it. I am thrilled to report that after C&C resolved my issue with an inadequate air intake my home, which I've never managed to keep livable in the heat of summer without the extra assistance of window units to compensate for the shortcomings of my central air system (at a staggering electrical expense), my home has made it through three 90+ degree humid days without ever getting above 70. I rarely post online reviews and being the owner of a contracting company that routinely subcontracts plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work, I am keenly aware of how difficult it is to find reliable tradesmen in these fields whose dedication to impeccable craftsmanship and customer service matches my own. Ladies and gentlemen, if you are in the market for repair or replacement of any of your HVAC components, do yourself a favor and look no further than C&C. This company does not disappoint.

    Costco subcontracted my AC and Furnace installation to C&C. Sales person and installation crew were fine to deal with but it was all downhill from there. I had to call C&C multiple times to fix the issues found by township inspector; they ignored my calls and finally came only after multiple follow-ups. New install includes a 3-year maintenance; they are supposed to call the customers to schedule two maintenance visits a year - one for the AC in Spring and one for Furnace in Fall. They never called; when I called the office lady early June 2023, she gave vague answers and said (1) there was no AC appointment available for the next 2-months (2) they are so backed up they don't get time to call and schedule maintenance visits. So her solution was to just do just one maintenance call in Aug or Sept for both AC and Furnace. I have been disappointed - will call Costco next to complain so they can select the right vendors. In short, C&C is great at soliciting new business but have poor customer service afterwards.

    I called C&C because I had an old leaky main water valve. I put it off for a while but it eventually today was the day it sprung a serious leak. I was lucky enough to find C&C and give them a call and they were able to come over that same day and change out the valve in less than hour. I was blown away by how quickly they resolve my issue. I highly recommend to anyone if you have a plumbing issue reach out to C&C they will take care of you.

    Got in touch with C&C through Costco and was very happy. Their price was competitive, quote was clear and they answered our questions, thoroughly explained all the equipment options and how it worked with Costco.

    They called to confirm our appointment the day before and the install techs (Mike and Matt and a 3rd guy whose name i missed) were on time and professional. They explained what they'd be doing, then did it well. I hardly noticed they were here.
    When they were done there was no signs they'd been working all day.

    I talked to several contractors ahead of signing a contract with C&C and found them to be the most straight forward and easy to work with.

    I work in construction trades and was impressed with them from start to finish.

    After charging me over $500 for a new capacitor(which was on the cusp) and leaving without testing the total unit after turning on the unit blew out warm air. There is no refrigerant even though the tech said those levels were fine. Makes you want to scream.

    Matt Mago was the service tech for the annual servicing of our A/C system. He is knowledgeable, very professional, and performed a thorough inspection and cleaning of the compressor. He explained all of the servicing steps with a pleasant manner. Great personality. We will definitely request Matt for any future services.

    Just used C&C today for the first time to deal with some issues with my HVAC system that were not being addressed by my previous HVAC company. The technician assigned, Mike Stevenson, was excellent; professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. Highly recommend.
