    Back in early 2018, I received a quote from C & C Air via Costco to install hot water heater and C & C offered 10 year tank and parts, 6 year labor warranty and this was clearly written in the proposal and work order. Installation was done in March 2018. The water heater was working fine for almost 4.5 years, but the pilot light started going off frequently. The technician was unable to identify the cause during the first visit and he didn't charge me because I was given 6 year labor warranty.

    When the pilot light went off again, I called them second time to investigate why this is happening all of a sudden. The technician told me during the second visit that there is not enough air in the utility room, which doesn't make sense. There was NO change in this room and/or appliances installed in this room in the past 4.5 years. I don't understand how the hot water heater is not getting enough air to burn the gas, all of a sudden and it was fine for the past 4.5 years.

    Even though I was given 6 year labor warranty, I was charged $133.28 for the service call; however, I did NOT get a receipt and service report until today (service date: 7/8/2022). I e-mailed twice to Michelle and also spoke to Edna, but no luck in getting the service report and receipt for payment. How much time will it take to send the service report and receipt for payment via e-mail?

    I'm pretty sure that something is not right with the hot water heater, but C & C is not willing to fix the issue. They are not willing to honor the 6 year labor warranty, which they offered to get the business/job.

    Very disappointed with their unprofessional business model to make money and I would never call them again for repair and/or any new installations.

    Had faucet replaced. Had a leak in drain pipe next day which same tech came back 2nd time and tightend drain pipe with teflon tape. Called office a week later for some seepage still in same spot. Was told a different tech would now come out. The whole point was to send a different tech yet somehow they were dishonest lead me on and sent same tech 3rd time and his supervisor. They couldnt see any issues this 3rd trip as nothing was seeping then so i was fine with that. Nothing more could be done. I feel I was overcharged as well even though being a great customer last 2 years. Apparently they send an inexperienced tech and are dishonest about who they are actually sending out as I was told something different on phone like 3 different times...Disappointing . Will use them for hvac as they were great other times but this time was Disappointing.

    We selected C&C 10 years ago to replace our entire HVAC system. The installation was clean and perfect. We recently had the AC fail. We reached C&C for repair. They were here next day. It turned out to be a maintenance issue, which was quickly diagnosed and addressed. The service tech was thorough and took appropriate action - and nothing more. I recommend this company without reservation.

    Dave, HVAC specialist, was phenomenal. And so was Office Manager, Maria, who rearranged Dave's schedule to accommodate our emergent issue with our townhouse which was adversely affected by a broken sprinkler system next door.

    They came out quickly , assessed the issue and were honest. They referred us to another company that may be able to help with this issue we are having ( septic ). I would definitely use them for plumbing/heating issues. Its very hard to day to find honest repair companies

    We had a need for replacement of three heating and air conditioning units. Lou came over and helped us with approvals with the township. He communicated with us the whole process. Lance and his two sons as well as mike and Kevin did a great job for the two day work. They were all very professional and early for work each day. Our home was left in great condition and everything was clean inside and outside the home. We were overall very pleased with the whole process.
