C & C Air Conditioning and Heating

Lance and his two sons installed my new HVAC air conditioning and heating units this week. They were so respectful, professional, courteous and kind. Consulted me for every unexpected decision they had to make, wore shoe covers in my home, cleaned up, explained my smart thermostat. I can’t speak highly enough of them. Highly recommend C&C Belford !!!

I needed a new HVAC system and hot water heater. C&C provided excellent sales (Nathan) and installation. They made the whole stressful process very easy for me. The installation of all equipment was done in one day. The technicians were courteous and efficient. When they were done with the install, everything was explained to me, and the area was left perfectly clean. The staff at the office always answers any questions I have regarding follow up for rebates, permits, and inspections. The township was here yesterday, and everything passed inspections with flying colors. I would highly recommend C&C.

Their techs are knowledgeable and arrive when they say they will. Everyone at the office is extremely accommodating, helpful and professional, especially Michelle! My technician arrived exactly when stated, and called early letting me know when to expect. I've never had any issues or concerns with anyone that's done work in my home. Highly recommend!

C & C installed a new HVAC unit for us several years ago. They were very informative on options and not pushy at all. They were also fairly priced. Since then we have used them yearly for AC and heat maintenance. Techs are always pleasant, polite and efficient. Office staff is always nice when I call and try to schedule appointments at my convenience. I feel they are a decent, trustworthy company and would recommend them for anyone with HVAC needs.

Matt and Chris, the electricians who installed new outlets, were professional, and personable and explained in detail the services and pricing of the project. They completed the project, showed us the completed work and we’re willing to answer any questions. A very good customer service experience.

We had two mini split central air heads installed in our old 1940s home 4 months ago with C&C. They were the first contractor who took the time to figure out the best solution for our old home, which had no room for ducting to be installed. Other companies were non-responsive after seeing the house, gave no real solutions, and were almost twice the cost for terrible solutions. C&C took the time and came up with a great solution that kept the integrity of our old home, looked great, and was cost effective. From the beginning, Paul, Mike, and the entire team were on time, super professional, and very kind. All my expectations were exceeded and I am so happy to have central air and a reliable company to work with moving forward. Thank you!

This company has always, throughout the years, been a shining star in the industry for my wife and me. Many years ago they saved us a lot of money by replacing a part on a furnace unit that a prior company missed, and could not fix. We’ve found their customer service and technicians to be top notch as was the case now. I spoke with Jenn to easily schedule the prompt appointment, and I could not have been more impressed with the tech Mike S. He totally went the extra mile, and then some, by fabricating a much needed part that would have delayed having heat in my mother-in-law’s apartment if he had tried ordering. An absolute pleasure to work with, Mike S. explained every detail of the situation at hand, and he was extremely thorough in repairing. I would definitely recommend this company.

I wanted to give a shout out to this very dedicated family owned business. In these wild and crazy times it was a pleasure working with the staff from the initial consult to final installation and many phone calls in between. The gals in the office are wonderful down to earth and every question i posed was answered. The reason we went with C& C and believe me we looked at many options was when the repair man from Public Service on his last vs to us said they were a well run operation and had no issues with their work. The install team was was professional arrived on time and stayed until the job was done. They were friendly, extremely NEAT and answered all my questions and before they left i knew how to work the system and the new WIFI thermostats. I would highly recommend this business for any of your AC and Heating needs.
