I had to write and say ... I have used C&C heating and air conditioning for many years...and I truly appreciate their professional and friendly technicians..I have never had a bad experience... From instillation to maintenance.... Nothing but the best...on time and effecient... Great company to deal with...and the phone staff is polite and extremely helpful....

I've had the pleasure to meet the installation team - Dylan and Matt - who came to install new HVAC systems in my home. They were very professional throughout the entire installation process, from the removal of the old units to installing the new ones, and walking through the new system. I appreciate that they called prior to arriving, so I knew when to expect them. They were also very thorough in removing the old unit and cleaning up - the area that they worked in was as clean as it was before they arrived.

I was most impressed by their workmanship. They did a very neat and clean installation of the new units. It was really a work of art.

Great presentation and description of products and process started the purchase…superior to several other quotes. After signing the contract I was kept up to date on permitting process, equipment delivery, etc.. On promised delivery/installation date a crew arrived (Mike V and Justin) who were polite, considerate of my home interior and worked diligently for two days. They were neat at every phase. Very good demonstration and an operation instructions. Works perfectly and one of our best home improvement purchases ever. Excellent pricing too. Highly recommended. THANK YOU C&C!!!

I have used C& C twice this past year. Once to install a Heating and A/C system and this past month to install a heating system (we have two separate systems in our home). Both times, the installers were on time, professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Their sales team and office staff were also easy to work with during the process.

Felt like C&C took advantage of me and was quick to try and replace a component that was easily fixable. The $125 diagnostic charge turned into $375 when all that was done was the lid to an ejector pump removed and baby wipes found floating. Immediately recommended they come back and replace the whole unit at a cost of $2,000. Luckily I was nearby the technician and overheard conversations to mgmt where the upsell/replacement was my only option. Following this visit, I personally pulled the pump and removed the clog. The pump works as intended now and a life lesson was learned.

The absolute best and most professional company out there! My water heater exploded and within hours they were at my house repairing it and installing a new one at an unbeatable price. I spoke with Chris baker jr. He was so respectfully, professional, and hands on. The workers also are so respectful, fast, and helpful through the process. I highly recommend this company for all HVAC and plumbing needs. Thank you C&C.

Tech, Dave M checked and serviced the humidifier along with re setting the thermostat..he answered all our question and I was very satisfied with the service completed

Dave came out on time and was calm and professional. He took care of my concerns I had. He explained what was going on and showed me. I believe I was charged a reasonable rate and will definitely use this company again in the future

Outstanding Experience from start to finish.

Marie handled our call with care and had our home filled will fantastic C and C staff within hours of our first call. Dave came to assess the problem and he was amazing, Ed came in when it was determined that a new unit was needed and he handled our situation with the highest level of professionalism. Jon, Chris, Marcus and Ryan came and installed our new unit with care and expertise. They were all so friendly and courteous, it was a pleasure to have them here. I would strongly recommend C and C to anyone!
