A/C stopped working last night. Called at 0930 and tech on site a few hours later. Diagnosed problem in minutes and was able to resolve without taking me over the coals. Very happy with the service all around. Definitely recommend.

Swanton Energy Services just installed four mini-split units (heat pumps) in my house and an outside condenser to provide heating and AC. I can't say enough good things about the team that installed the system: they were extremely neat and careful while working in my house, were experienced and meticulous in their work, were kind and respectful to each other and to me, and were fun to have around. They patiently explained everything I need to know about taking care of the system and how to work the remote control and actually swept up (the tiniest bits of) dirt from my outside patio before they left! They all seemed to enjoy their work, working with each other, and interacting with customers. The work on the back outside wall of the house was so neat and carefully done, you can barely notice it. They did a fantastic job, and went the extra mile to meet my needs and answer my questions. Couldn't have been better.

We had an ongoing problem with our air conditioing, and Swanton worked diligently to diagnose and fix the problem. Their workmanship was great, and all three of the guys on the team were wonderful. Tommy, in particular, was so kind to our dog and looked forward to seeing her on his visits! They showed up on time and worked hard every time they were here. They have installed two systems for us and done several repairs/maintenance on our boilers as well (which were installed by previous owners). We have three air conditioners and two boilers, so they have done a good deal of work for us. I highly recommend them!

Swanton has always been super friendly and easy to work with, always respond quickly, and their tech guy, Kyle, is a great and honest guy.

I use Swanton for oil delivery and for their heating services/repair, etc. They have always been reliable and reasonable. My boiler is ancient, but because they diligently service it I can comfortably rely on it year after year. The women in the office are very friendly and Brian the service tech is knowledgeable and thorough. Thanks so much.

Every time this company comes out to us we are always so pleasantly surprised when they are able to fix an issue simply and reliably. They're honest and quick as well! Would highly recommend!

Hot water heater went out just after the holidays. Installers were at my house for two straight days removing the old unit & installing the new one, working 8-9 hour days. Their work was professional, clean and thorough. Staff were pleasant, hard working, and even tolerated my nosy dogs. A+ service.

I was having issues with my older furnace after a very cold few days and bad storm that knocked the power out a few times. The furnace would kick on and then go off after a minute or so. I called and they dispatched a tech to come out within the hour.

Kyle was friendly and professional. He was able to diagnose and fix the issues quickly and my dog even liked him!
