Adam was here fixing the clog in my AC drain pan and pump line within 90 minutes of my call. He explained everything and made sure my ac and heating unit was free from any other issues. I am extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend this business. Fast service at a very affordable price. Thank you Adam and Master Group HVAC.

Mohammed did an amazing job. He went above and beyond in installing our water filtration/softener system. He is an engineering genius. He not only did the basic installation, but also did a by-pass connection just in case if we wanted to not use the system.

Additionally, he explained the entire system/connections.

Overall, our experience has been very positive with this company. They get a 5 star review for initial consultation, timely installation, proper guidance, reasonable pricing, etc.

These guys are real pros. Working with a lot of contractors in different specialties, I was honestly shocked by their responsiveness, efficiency, and quality of work. Adam, in particular, was very knowledgeable and super cool about explaining my issues and getting me the best deals to fix them.

These guys came out to assess my (unfortunately) broken 40-year-old furnace within hours of my request, and scheduled to have it totally swapped out, upgraded, and the place cleaned up only two days later. The whole job only took a few hours. It was clearly important to them to fit the job in for me before the approaching cold wave, as I was totally without heat, and they were afraid my pipes would freeze the next day. I had 4 other highly rated local contract groups give me quotes in the same time frame, and these guys were the only ones who seemed genuinely anxious about helping me fix this before things got worse (a very real possibility in this case). They also offered the best price, by far, even when including the water heater they also installed for me, which no one else even offered. Lastly, beyond their attention to detail and desire to leave a well-polished finished product, I really appreciate that they took the time to explain everything as it was going on (at my request).

I highly recommend these guys for your HVAC related needs. They did my furnace and water heater, but I have no doubt they’re good for whatever you need.

What a fantastic company. During the coldest week of the winter, our heating system stopped working. Master Group came over quickly and helped us out. They were incredibly communicative and professional. I had them come out for some A/C maintenance this week and I had the same experience. They're extremely thorough, professional and communicate wonderfully. THey're a pleasure to work with!

I was hoping the situation would be remedied in some way so I could avoid having to leave this review. I am very conscious about putting feedback into the ether that can impact people’s business, but I felt it necessary to leave a review that reflects the level of service I received given that the I selected them because of the 5 star review.
- I called Master HVAC group in November 2022 because my furnace was making a very loud noise. They came out and serviced my furnace, replacing the blower motor.
- Fast forward to January 2023 and the same sound returns, I called Master HVAC again and they came out. This time they said the problem was the wheel, which they replaced.
- The total cost at this point was about $1,500. The sound returned in March 2023, this time I email Master HVAC to HVAC to have a written record. A gentleman came out, after I told him I wouldn’t be paying anything for the visit because I had already given them $1,500, he stayed five minutes, informed be that it had to be something inside the furnace causing the noise, recommended I replace it and left.
- He was gracious enough to offer to refund me the labor costs from the previous visits, but only if I agreed to let them replace my furnace at a cost of $6,000.

I left a rating of an 2 instead of a 1 because they seemed to be nice and decent people, however they did not fix my issue and I am out $1,500 and will turn to another company.

We had a leaking valve in one of our bathrooms last night and Adam came out the following afternoon (today) to fix it. He was a great guy and worked quickly and efficiently. He was patient and kind and offered a plan for us that would get us maintenance for our hot water system (which he explained would be good for the piece and our bank account). Adam is a great guy and this company is definitely a good one!

Master Group made my weekend. I had an issue with my main water valve being old and another valve leaking. I had 3 plumbers come and were too scared to even attempt to complete the job. Adam came and was confident before and during the entire installation. He explained everything throughout the installation and made me feel very relaxed. Then, the price was great. This company is #1.

We had a toilet in the yoga studio that flooded the bathroom and into the hallway. We called Adam and Mohamads company. Mohamad called to discuss what was going on so he could make sure he has all the proper equipment when he arrived. He kept in close contact allowing me to text him for updates as he worked since the owner and I could not be there at that time. He fixed the leak quickly and also diagnosed a new issue which he also replaced while he was there. He also let us know before he changed it Thank you very much for your efficiency and constant contact! We appreciate you! Highly recommend!

No call no show

Rescheduled the next morning, asked to give me a call before technician was on his way so I could meet him, never got a call, technician showed up and then called, expressed that I needed 45 minutes to get there like I told his office. Adam told me he would go get lunch and wait and that it wasn't a problem.

When I arrived after my 45 minute drive, no one was there, he told me that he would not respect my time because I did not respect his.

How does a professional conduct business like that? You don't, what a joke and a waste of everyone's time. Would never recommend this clown of a businessmen

Mohamed was great. He came over early on Sunday to find out what was wrong and it was resolved by Monday evening. Although we didn’t contact him (we rent our apartment) he installed a brand new water heater in about 2 hours as we had no hot water. Would definitely recommend.
