Working with Al and Amanda was such a pleasant experience! I felt like they genuinely cared about the issue I was having and both worked quickly to help me get the repairs I needed within hours of my first call in. The prices are reasonable and they provide excellent service!

I used Big Al's for a number of repairs, from busted water pipes, to a faulty control on my oil burner.

My 40-year old oil tank needed to be replaced before it had the opportunity to leak oil all over my basement, and they provided me with an estimate for the work. I accepted and we made an appointment to get this done. The workers came on time and were very nice. They had the old tank out pretty quickly, pumped the oil into 55-gallon barrels, installed the new tank and replaced the oil. I'm glad I made this company my "go to" company for all my plumbing and oil burner issues.

Big Al’s has both serviced my furnace for annual maintenance as well as recently installed a new oil tank. Al answered his phone when I called in an emergency situation, came by within an hour, and had a new tank installed same day. He and his crew worked tirelessly into the evening to finish the job at the end of an already busy day. They were very professional and kind, though I am sure they were all exhausted. The prices are well below competitors and the quality of the work is far superb. I am very grateful to have been referred to Al and have already recommended him to others.

Al did a great job with a new oil tank install. He researched different options, provided clear info and quotes, and he and his team did great work on the install and clean-up. Very polite and professional. Had an air bubble issue emerge after the install and Al came right back to take care of it. Very pleased and will definitely use again, and recommend to others.

My hot water heater was leaking so I called Big Al’s service. Not only they replaced the hot water heater the same day they were very clean, professional, and the prices were very reasonable.

I've never worked with an easier contractor. I felt confident Big Al knows his stuff after talking and trusted him to install a brand new triple pass boiler in my home.
