We hired Big Al for our annual cleaning & I must say thank god we did! Al was able to identify a problem that would have cost us close to $1000! A part was clogged and backing up, if we didn't catch it in time it would have been bad. So thankful for such an honest, dependable professional who saved the day when he easily could have told us we needed that expensive part. He is a wealth of knowledge and make us comfortable knowing he's in our corner if we ever have heating issues with our older system in the future. Highly recommend!

Big Al lived up to his reputation in a big way! He's 100% my oil repair/service guy moving forward. We were told by a separate company that we needed an entirely new furnace, so I called Big Al to get a second opinion. Come to find out - the issue was a wrong nozzle and poor annual service job done by the same dishonest company. Big Al saved us over $6,000. Morale of the story - call Big Al first! He's honest, fair and he cares. It's been a month since he resolved the issue and he just checked in to make sure everything's still OK. Believe all the 5 star reviews - Big Al is the real deal. Highly recommend.

Al is very reliable and responds to emergencies very quickly. Al is great about explaining what is wrong and what needs to be done before he starts any of the repairing. He is very knowledgeable and diligent about making sure the furnace and boiler runs and functions at the highest efficiency. Also, Al is very honest about the work being done. I highly recommend him to anyone and am having him come back to service and clean our boiler.

Needed someone to come service my oil burner as my tenants kept complaining about running out of oil. Al came out after-hours and check the boilers did great service and advice on the year cleaning. Once he performed the cleaning I found that the big company that I pay the last 4 years was not doing none of the cleaning recommended or that I had paid for.

Al is a life saver did great work and provide pictures and documentation of all the work done before and after.

I highly recommend his services .I would not used any companies that want annual service plans, Big Al's has done the best job and on a timely manner.

Called Al to have my oil furnace cleaned, was concerned about a smell coming from the vents. He came within a half hour and explained everything to me was clear, professional and on time! Extremely happy with his work his partner was great too! Can’t thank them enough! We have our new guy to call! Thank you again Al!

I called Alby and his team last week to come out and service my older oil burner. He & Mike came out and worked on my system until it was fully functioning optimally. Not only was Alby very professional, he gave a great service at a great price. Would HIGHLY recommend and will be using him moving forward for my annual service and and other related issues that may come up!

Lee and Mike showed up early and were very personable and nice guys. They did the annual servicing of my oil burner and did some preventative work that they noticed while doing the job. Even fixed my wobbly oil tank. Will definitely be calling Big Al and his crew in the future.

I messaged Big Al's Services Friday morning and he got back to me by noon time. He came to my house that afternoon and was very knowledgeable. Big Al was able to get my furnace working where other companies said it was un- repairable. I highly recommend this company. I will be using them for regular services.

Al is awesome! We had been experiencing barely any water pressure at all and a plumber who has 40 years of experience couldn't figure it out. My husband texted him and Al came right over to our house that same night and figured out the issue right away and educated us with stuff about our boiler that we had no idea about that the previous guy did not. He was extremely professional, punctual and also super friendly with my two dogs that were a little too happy to see him. We had issues with the oil running out and issues with the boiler calling for heat from the tank and he came over the next time at 2am and responded to my text within 5 minutes. I would highly recommend Al to anyone and everyone! He's definitely the man for the job!

Outstanding service! Al and his team were very neat regarding my home, they did everything that was asked and more. We wouldn't have changed anything they did.
