I had found Big Al's based on a local review on facebook. My heat had not worked well for a year. Al was able to quote a price based on a photo and some info. He was refreshing and I felt comfortable with his recommendation. Once scheduled Al's crew came prepared and did the install on a balmy 20 degree day. I am so thankful to Al and his crew. I now have a working, quieter, more efficient, and (the fun part) yellow boiler. Excellent service and communicaton.

AC unit went down at the worst possible time! Al came out late afternoon on a Friday to check it out. As soon as he arrived the skies opened up and the rain just poured - Al donned rain gear and still checked things out! He couldn’t fix it right away and said he’d come back Monday and gave me an approximate cost. Monday he Arrived early! Explained everything and got the unit up and running for a reasonable price and right in the area of quoted price. Excellent, friendly service and will be my go to guy for AC/furnace cleaning and maintenance!

Big Al's service is beyond amazing - I was worried about my oil tank being so old - I decided to get a quote from Big Al's due to they perform yearly maintenance for my boiler and over the years I have found he is VERY honest and has amazing service - the price was reasonable - so I booked it - my new Roth oil tank is nice - the crew did an amazing job - informed my husband with every step of the process - removed all debris - cleaned up the area - no mess. I cannot stress enough how amazing this company is - and will ALWAYS recommend them to everyone! Thank you for peace of mind!
