Al was very responsive and was able to fit me into his busy schedule. I would def recommend him to friends and family. He met me on my schedule which was very helpful. Prices were very reasonable and as a business owner myself I really appreciated how he treats his employees! Top notch!

Absolutely recommend Big Al’s Services. Al and his team are wonderful. Honest and fair. We had a big job that needed to be done- we live in an antique farmhouse built in 1848 and needed our oil tank replaced. All of our doorways are much more narrow than normal and the only way to get to the oil tank is through the house into the basement. We also needed a cement slab put down for the new tank. We never thought we would be able to get that old oil tank out of our house but these guys did it without a hitch! Not one scratch or anything out of place. They also serviced our furnace while they were here as well. Thank you Al, Mike and Lee! We are so happy with the work that was done and cannot recommend them enough!

My husband filled out a request form for Al to come out to our house. We were without heat and very cold. Al called my husband within minutes and was at our house within the hour. Al diagnosed the issue with our furnace within 15 minutes & had it repaired with heat cranking within another 15. All in all from the time we hit submit on our request form to the time we had our heat back on and running was an hour and a half. Fairly priced, responsive, great work. Can not recommend his services more!

Very happy with the service Al and his crew provided to my home. Was able to guide me in the right direction as for repairs and upgrades with feeling like I was being sold like big companies do. On time, cleaned everything up, extremely fair and helpful. All around excellent and very highly recommend to anyone needing boiler work done. Call Al first he will take amazing care of you!

I had my pellet stove removed and was looking around for a company to install base board heating in the Salem NH area. Al was highly recommended around town so I gave him a call to for a quote. He came to my house within a few days and provided me a extremely reasonable quote. When he gave me the quote he explained everything he was going to do and was very thorough. Al scheduled service with me around my busy schedule and was extremely flexible. From the time he provide the quote to the time of installation it was about 6 months. He explained to me that the prices of material has increase due to Covid but he would still honor the price he gave me. Al showed up on time and installed baseboard heaters in 2 of my rooms. High Recommend him for all HVAC services.

Big Al's met me at my daughter's newly purchased home. Big Al arrived 1/2 hour early which didn't leave me hanging all day waiting. He was downstairs working on the furnace in minutes. While he was working he was explaining to me each procedure and why he was doing it. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, quick and neat. He did an efficiency test prior to the work and after showing a huge difference. Can't say enough good about him. I too will be using him at my home as well.

I lost my heat last night when it was below zero and called several companies with no response. I reached out to a contact that I had and he called Big Al’s Services for me. Even though I am not within his service area he came out. He said he cannot leave someone without heat. He serviced/ repaired my furnace and was so polite and professional. I wish I was within his area because I would have a great service guy.

I highly recommend Big Al's! He did a complete boiler swap in a very tough/small work space. The cleanliness and perfection are top notch. Also, very prompt and worth every penny. My husband is not an easy guy to please and Al went above and beyond for us! Thank you again and I wouldn't think twice about calling him.
