I was lucky to find this company online on an unlucky day of the AC breaking in 90 degree weather. Bill called back quickly when other businesses either didn't return a call at all or offered an appointment over a week later. Bill is professional, down to earth, reliable and honest with pricing. He will take the time and explain everything going on even when he can clearly see it is completely foreign to you. I would highly recommend this company.

William and his staff at New Age installed a mini-split ductless system in our home, and we cannot be happier! The service was great - William was extremely knowledgeable about the product, and showed us how to use it after it was installed. They were very careful when working, too - they put down tarps and covers so that our personal belongings did not get dirty. The price was better than ALL of the other companies that we called. And, they finished the job one time as well.

Can't say enough positive things about New Age. I needed emergency service on my air conditioner, and Bill came within an hour of my call, putting me #1 in his busy schedule. And Amy was extremely responsive and helpful with my initial call. Very pleased. I plan to have them replace my entire HVAC system.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the professionalism and efficiency that Bill brought to our install. We had a new furnace installed and added central AC ( we already had the ducting in place ). The old furnace was removed, the new one installed, and had heat the very same day! I was impressed. I called Bill at New Age about my oil boiler not functioning and he was super quick to respond to my issue. Was here the next day and fixed the issue. Will for sure recommend him and will only be using New Age for our future heat and cooling needs!

I called New Age Heating today to get an estimate on what I thought was a repair/replace of my air handler. They returned my call quickly and came right over to my house to take a look. Turns out I didn't need anything repaired or replaced . Everything was working fine and they were honest about it. I'd use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

NewAge installed a whole house humidifier for us and tied it into our Nest thermostat. Billy was efficient and professional and also told us of an issue he noticed with corrosion on our water heater that we would not have known about. Highly recommend them!

Our heat was out (for a second time) over a cold snap this past winter. Called our regular company - they'd be out for an "emergency call" on Thursday. It was a Monday. Called Billy; he gave me a few things to try on my own. When none of them worked, he was out first thing the following day. Two possible problems were identified. On his recommendation, he worked on the less expensive (for me) option. It worked! Fixed the system in a couple hours AND he didn't try to upsell or fix something that wasn't broken to make an extra buck. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
