We had a new water heater/furnace combi installed last week by Eliesel. He was very friendly and professional, and explained all the work he was doing, why he was doing it, and the problems we ran into along the way. They spent 3.5 long days here, which was a half day more than planned, but they did not seem frustrated to have to come back when there were unexpected pipe leaks and water pressure issues. Everybody we dealt with at New Era was great. We are very happy with the work that was done and it looks great!

I have been a customer of New Era Plumbing for several years and they have been to my home for general plumbing issues in the past and today for servicing my AC units. As first time homeowners, my wife and I were devasted to find our HVAC leaking gallons of water the first night we moved in. But New Era and especially Elliot took great care of us.

Every time I had to call them, even late on Saturday, I got a human being on the phone. They always showed up when they said they would. They explained everything about our system and gave us options. And to a man everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

Our hot water heater leaked all over our utility room. After calling a couple local plumbers, we tried New Era. They told us they should have someone available in a couple of hours. They checked and confirmed a time window. Danny showed up right at the beginning of the quoted window. He assessed the issue and as we figured since the hot water heater was 12 years old, suggested it needed replacing. No surprise there for us. He gave us different options and pricing and no pressure. We agreed on which option and him and his helper went to get the parts. They completed the work in about 3 hours total and were professional and friendly. He explained everything they had done and they cleaned and disinfected everything well. Overall we had a really great experience.

Called Newera Plumbing to service my bathtub drain had a leak they came the same day within any hour a tech was at my house .Have nothing bad to say about Newera plumbing Justin came and very knowledgeable ,honest and quality of work is second to none . Very fast and professional. New Era came to my house on time fixed my AC unit and explained in detail what the issues with my AC unit were. They even gave tips on how to keep my AC unit running smoothly. Highly recommend.
