Just had our furnaces cleaned, Al did a great job. He explained what he was doing during the cleaning and what were things to look for in the future. Very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Big Al and his team are an A+ operation. My boiler replacment project was scheduled and executed exactly as promised. Getting a knowledgeable company to follow through with an install/ service in a timely fashion has been difficult for me in the past. I feel big Al and his team deserve recognition in such a negative world.

Even though they were slammed they managed to fit us into their busy day when no one else could, thank goodness because we had to turn our furnace off. They showed us how clogged the pipe was that goes from the furnace to the chimney. They were friendly, courteous, clean and the price wasn’t bad at all. Will definitely be calling Big Al’s for our furnace going forward and for yearly cleanings.

Al is hands down the best guy to call. He is always prompt, friendly, and is extremely knowledgeable. He has showed up at 10 PM and during a snow storm, never a time he hasn’t been able to help. Shows up and leaves with a smile every time.

This review is long over due.... I had another company come a couple of months ago for a no heat call (I have oil fires heat) and they left my system a mess and with NO heat. I called big Al and he literally showed up first thing the next day. He and his associate diagnosed the problem in 1 min fixed it in 10 and I have a perfectly working burner and system now. I would recommend NO ONE else but Big Al. He is more than a tech he is a teacher of technicians.
