First time using Big Al's Services, based on feedback from others. Will have Al back again, the old boiler is good for another year!

Lee was wonderful, he was early, which to me early is on time! From the very beginning, from requesting a quote to showing up for the annual service- quick, prompt and extremely easy to deal with. They answered my email at 9pm at night to schedule the service! First time home buyers and we were pretty close to running into problems. Thanks to lee he was able to clean and service for us and correct the temp! Defiantly would recommend to anyone.

Al has been doing some much needed repairs to my heating system since I gave him a chance last year. My first impression was an honest and fully competent guy and he has come through for me ever since. I really like his "if this were my furnace and my house, I would..." approach.

Really appreciate the effort by Al to come out on a Saturday to fix our oil burner which had suddenly stopped working. He was here within 3 hours of my call and was able to fix the problem and also do an annual cleaning. Highly recommend him.

I had very a cold day. I thought I was just not feeling well. I did not realize that our boiler was broken until I was about to take a shower and found there was no hot water. We called big Al’s the next day. It was so easy to get hold of them. I directly got hold of the owner, with the number posted on the website. They came the same day- on a cold cold snowing day. My kids were freezing. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Our computer for the broiler was broken. I was so impressed that they had a replacement computer/ part in their truck. Within one hour, my heating system works again. They know my broiler brand very well. Before they came I was not sure if my broiler would be fixed the same day, I had a back up plan of going to a hotel. I am so glad that my kids now is nice and cozy and warm. I would recommend this business. I will have them come back every year to service my furnace.

My furnace was leaking water all over the floor, so I called Big Al’s and got an answer right away (on a Sunday). I was able to text some pictures and talk through a couple of different potential solutions to resolve the issue until he could get here first thing the next morning for the official diagnosis. We were able to get the water to stop for the night, he arrived first thing the next day, then came back the following day to replace my water tank which was causing the issue. The whole process was super quick and painless and, while it was a big purchase, I never once felt like I was being ripped off or taken advantage of. There was even a check-in after to make sure all was working as expected. Great service, highly recommend and will be scheduling future services!

My Wife and I just purchased a house..
We knew before we purchased it that the boiler had some issues being 20 years old.
I called Big Al's services right after we moved in.
Al came over the same day we called. After Al looked at our boiler he told us our boiler was in tough shape. The original owners had neglected it for many many years..He had to replace some valves that were leaking, 2 expansion tanks, and more items. In the end the boiler is running like a champ.. we have never had any service person take so much time to get it right!!! Al absolutely went above and beyond what he had to do to make sure we were happy.
One thing Al did that really made me think about how much he cares about making things right, there was one part of the boiler he found to be bad, that I could install myself and save a few dollars, he actually ordered the part from his distributor and then hand delivered it to us..you just don't see that kind of service anymore, anywhere!...

Alby came to my house to flush my water heater and to fix a high pressure issue. He was very professional and honest. He explained everything to me and the price was great. I highly recommend Alby and I will be using him for everything in the future.

I found Al on a local Haverhill Facebook website where I reached out to him and he called me immediately! He came two days later which was the soonest that I could have someone there to meet him, he would have been there that night. To say my furnace has been a nightmare is an understatement and after completing my job he and his employee came out covered in soot he earned every penny that I paid him! He advised us on the next steps to take and he was open, honest, and transparent while explaining to my family what was going on with our furnace in terms we could understand. Thank you Al!!

From start to finish Al and his team were very professional and completed high quality work. We will definitely be using them again for any future needs.
