We had them replace a water heater a month ago and had the central humidifier system replaced last week. Very professional and responsive staff (those who answer phone calls to technicians who do the actual work on site). Recommended by several of my neighbors as well but posting from my personal experience with them..

These guys are life savers! I am a very pregnant woman with no working AC. Andrew and Eric came out and fixed the problem in no time. Now I am able to enjoy the end of my summer pregnancy! They went above and beyond I will absolutely refer anyone with heating/plumbing issues to this company. Great service and technicians.

This company has done a few jobs for me over the past year. Furnace cleanings, a mixing valve and a water softener install.

They are always on time, give you a courtesy call before they arrive and get the job done right in a very reasonable amount of time.

I am a little particular about how things are done, and these guys are just about artists how they get their plumbing done- beyond my expectations. All the pipes are level and out of the way- and they work with you if you have space concerns. Installed the water softener and saved me a bunch of space in my already small home shop.

WOW, Service is still a precedence. Called SNHP&H and got a quick response to my manufacturing plant's heat not working. I was told they would be there by 2:30 pm and they were there right on time. When the technician, Brad, arrived he asked some questions to help diagnose the issue, went to the furnace, tested a few things then found the problem. He also recognized that the parts were still under warranty so he contacted the vendor, p/u the part and installed it. We were up and running and the cost was extremely fair. Brad and Brian were very professional. It is reassuring to see young men like them in the trades. It makes managers like me confident of the services available from competient people who care. They are on my vendor list.

We just had a furnace and a/c system installed by them last week. I had never done business with them in the past and went with them based on the positive reviews and the interaction during the quoteing . The end result was they surpassed any expectations we had. They should open a branch of their company teaching other people in the trades what being professional really means. And this consistent attitude goes through out the entire company. Make your life easy and hire them.

My boiler had stopped working during a cold spell in February. Southern NH Plumbing and Heating had a technician out in no time. Brad was able to repair my boiler even with a difficult system. I will definitely recommend and call for any future needs.

Had Josh out for service on our AC that has been problematic since we installed 4 years ago. He was here for an hour and explained and did more than multiple other folks we have had out. Our upstairs is now cooling as we expect it to. 5 starts, great service, great attitude.

Josh and Zander came on time today with a phone call to let me know they were on the way. They were professional and great with my daughter and dogs. They were in an out before my lunch break was even over with the problem solved including a check to ensure it was fixed. Our family has used them in the past for both our home and business and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you.

Andrew and his team came highly recommended to me and became an independent obvious choice to repair/replace my central air unit. His price seemed fair, his work was stellar, and he's a stand up man!

That's about all you can ask for when hiring someone to fix HVAC in your house. You won't go wrong with these guys!

I've used SNPH now a few times and the service is the best around! When I arrived home after work I realized I had an issue with my AC unit and of course it was 90 degree day. I called and left a message on the after hours VM and got a call quickly. Not only did they show up within the hour but I had the pleasure of the owner Andrew and one of his team members arrive and resolve my problem quickly. I would recommend SNPH over any other HVAC/Plumbing company in the area.
