SNH P&H has done a lot of work for me over the last 4 or 5 years. They do quality work, pay attention to detail and respond quickly to emergencies. I met Andrew on Sunday, New Year's Day. I woke up to no heat and he was the only guy I could get to come out. He spent 2 or 3 hours hand pumping my frozen oil lines. He finally got my boiler up and running and had broken a sweat even though my basement was now 40°. He worked hard, didn't give up, and charged me a very reasonable price. Since then, these guys have done everything from small repairs to major installs (multiple heating systems, main water lines, etc.) for me. Highly recommend!

We've used them multiple times over the last few years - both for our residence and business. Always answers the phone promptly (even off hours) and somehow finds time to always come onsite when we have an emergency. Like everyone else this week, we had a frozen pipe that cracked - they made it out to us and quickly repaired the pipe before the storm. The team at Southern NH Plumbing, Heating and Cooling are the best! From the owner himself to the staff member who answers the office phone and the technicians who came to our property --- all very professional and friendly. We are a small boarding school in Chester, NH and we appreciate all the help we've received so far whether its a small project such as new plumbing for a juice machine in the cafeteria or a larger issue such as servicing the heating system at our 100+ person dormitory! I’ve been using this company since they opened and it was just Andrew, the owner, running and working his own business. Years later they have expanded beyond plumbing and heating, have multiple trucks and workers and still manage to provide the same great service. The guys are friendly, punctual, respectful, and thorough. I’ve used them for servicing my furnace, installing an on demand water heater, installing new faucets and toilets, repairing the well pump, removing the garbage disposal, installing R/O water treatment, pumping the septic and even coming over for an emergency to repair a burst water pipe. Their work is incredible and this company is amazing! Highly recommend!!!

Had a mini split installed in my home. They were fantastic. They walked us through the process, made sure our needs for cooling would be met, and provided great customer service through and through. We had one small issue with a leak in the system (not their fault sent from the factory that way) and they were right out to fix it. Would 100% use them again.

Unexpectedly, we had a major flood in our basement due to a leaking water heater. We called several plumbing companies that we had used in the past, but they could not figure out the problem, nor would they investigate a possible warranty on the heater. My son recommended Southern NH Plumbing & Heating, and Andrew (the owner) answered our call on Saturday morning and sent his associate Matt over the same day. He was able to troubleshoot the issue immediately, and Andrew followed up on the warranty. He installed the new water heater within a day. Andrew was responsive, courteous, and exceeded our expectations by a mile. Matt, as well, was knowledgeable and expedient which shortened the duration of the whole process. We recommend Southern NH Plumbing and Heating without reservation, and will call upon them for all future needs.

For those who are looking for a company that is reasonably priced and there for the customer, it is Southern NH Plumbing and Heating. I had a flood in my basement due to my boiler and decided to replace it (it was on its last leg). I later found out that my hot water heater also contributed to the issue. They gave me a discount on the hot water heater because that was not what they were there for. I couldn’t be happier that they were able to replace both the boiler and hot water heater in a day. I would recommend them to everyone. I am now having them replace plumbing in both my bathrooms. I will continue to use them going forward. I have less anxiety knowing I have someone I can trust for my plumbing and heating needs. I don’t know about you, but I HATE trying to find a company to fix things around the house. I am not a DIY person and I am a single income household. I need someone that I can trust that won’t over-charge me. Now onto finding someone I can trust just as much for my electrical needs .

Southern New Hampshire Plumbing and Heating installed a new oil furnace for me this past week and they were great to work with. They did a quality job installing the new furnace. The tech came back the next day to answer questions i had on the unit and the area was as clean as possible after they did the job. First time using these guys but i think i have my new plumbing and heating folks for as long as we are in the area.

Very happy with this company! I purchased and had an install of a propane heater in my basement. W/o knowing in advance, their price was about 30% lower than one of their main competitor's estimate.
