Southern New Hampshire Plumbing and Heating

We purchased our house back in late April 2021. During the inspection process, we found a leak above the garage. Southern New Hampshire Plumbing and Heating was hired to fix the leak. Eric from Southern New Hampshire Plumbing and Heating came out on April 23rd 2021 to fix the leak above our garage. Turns out there was a water pipe that was punctured by contractors from when they nailed in baseboards in the laundry room above our garage. Fixing this required cutting a hole in the wall to get to the punctured pipe. When Eric fixed the pipe, we believed the problem was fixed, however now, 3 months later, we are noticing there is leaking again in the exact same spot. We called the company, as they claim they warranty their work for 12 months, and they are refusing to fix their work because “the property was technically sold after the work was done”. Even though the work was done FOR THE SALE, as PART OF THE TERMS OF THE PURCHASE AND SALE ON THE HOUSE. PLEASE take caution before hiring this company. Clearly their work doesn’t hold up, and they don’t honor their work like they claim to.

We called yesterday about a toilet that would run randomly. Andrew came out today and diagnosed the issue very quickly. He had the part in his truck and was able to fix it. He also took the time to show us how to replace our irrigation filter. We highly recommend this company and will be sure to use them again in the future!

If you are in need of a reliable, honest, and conscientious plumbing company, call Southern New Hampshire Plumbing and Heating. I called them mid-day Thursday with a water heater issue. From the staffer who answered the phone to the two technicians who showed up that same afternoon, the service was outstanding. By Friday afternoon, the water heater and a few other plumbing needs were fixed and everything was in excellent working order. I rarely write reviews but this team was outstanding and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much for an awesome job. You have a customer for life!

I would highly recommend Andrew and his entire team. My furnace broke Sunday afternoon and I called Andrew. He took the time to walk me through a few steps on the phone to try to get it going. It would not start after the troubleshooting but he had one of his technicians at my house within an hour and was able to get it fixed and we had heat and hot water back working again. I would highly recommend Southern NH Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling LLC.

Quick, honest and fantastic service! Andrew responded so quickly when I had an unexpected emergency. Not only did he fit me in that day, he was very understanding and flexible and was not out to make a quick dollar and be gone. His crew that came to install my new hot water heater, took their time to explain options to me as well as how different parts worked. They even went out of their way to answer a question I had on an unrelated item. I will absolutely be using Southern New Hampshire plumbing and heating anytime I need a plumber. It's not easy to find one that you trust, but I did with them!

I’m updating my original review / post, because the guys came back out and really listened to our concerns and made us feel like we were valued as customers! We genuinely appreciate that, and the prompt attention when we brought up any issues or concerns that we previously had. We are very happy with how everything turned out. Thank you!

We've used SNH in the past and they are the best. Josh came out today to clean and repair the oil burner. He provided me with the efficiency measurements and replaced the leaking pipe. Josh also did a test of the sewer pipe out to the street. Wife was worried that there might be a leak but test showed the seal is good. He also noted some lint dust in and around burner from clothes dryer. I will no longer procrastinate replacing the vent. Josh and SNH keeping their customers safe.

I would recommend Southern newhampshire plumbing and heating to anyone. My experience with them was absolutely fantastic. On Thursday November 8, 2018 we had a service call to do our yearly cleaning of our gas furnace. Nick saw our heat exchanger was cracked and the next day we had a new Magic Pak gas furnace installed in less then 2 hours. Between Brad, Nick and another tech the job seemed to go off without a hitch. Thank you so much!!!
Debbie my contact at the office also did a fantastic job. From getting us a new furnace right away, great pricing, making arrangements for a quick permit we could not ask for anything better.

Rinnai Heating Furnace Repair.

My Rinnai was constantly misfiring displaying a code11 and shutting off. I called So. NH Plumbing & Heating. They did a deep examination of the issue, identified possible problems, and fixed the issue. I highly recommend them.

Andrew and his company are absolutely the BEST! They came out late in the evening on a Saturday and got my furnace working, as it should have been. Turns out that my last service company had shut off the water supply line to my boiler. Major catastrophe averted and my whole house is warm again! Thank you, Southern NH Plumbing and Heating!
