I recently had the pleasure of using Southern New Hampshire Plumbing and Heating out of Londonderry, New Hampshire and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. We called early in the morning due to our hot water heater malfunctioning and they were able to come out the same day to replace it.

The team of three people who came out were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They quickly swapped out the old water heater with a new one and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I appreciated their attention to detail and professionalism throughout the entire process.

I will definitely be recommending Southern New Hampshire Plumbing and Heating to anyone in need of plumbing or heating services. If I ever have any issues in the future, they will be the first ones I call. Thank you for your outstanding service!

We decided to replace our aging oil burner with a multi-fuel boiler that burns oil and wood. I contacted numerous plumbing and heating contractors and most did not want to install a product they did not already sell and service.

I contacted Southern New Hampshire Plumbing and Heating and one other company that were willing to quote the installation. Andrew came by to scope out the job. He showed me images of a large project he completed at Pinkerton Academy which gave me confidence he could handle this installation. Andrew also noticed the water heater was leaking and mentioned he could replace it under the life time warranty. Andrew provided a quote which was lower than another company.

The boiler weighs over 2000 lbs. I received a quote from a rigging company to move it from our garage down a flight of stairs to the basement. Andrew said he could rig the boiler and quoted a lower cost.

The work was top notch. The heating zones were completed in advance in their shop and is a work of art. See attached picture.

SNH P&H replaced a furnace in my condo in 2020. First of all, I was having floors done also so they were removing and putting back toilets in my bathrooms so the flooring company could replace the floor. When it came time to put the toilets back they blew me off. My flooring people waited a whole day (as I work all day) for SNH to show up and they never came, no call, no show. I had to scramble and get another HVAC company out there to put the toilets back. Then, during the summer of 2022 I received a call from my mgmt company saying that my neighbor below me was getting water coming through the ceiling of their utility room directly below my furnace. Upon further inspection, the condensate tube that channels the water from the AC was never properly secured or was never connected at all. I had to file an insurance claim as my neighbor's damage was significant. I recently contacted SNH P&H to come out to determine why water is pooling under my furnace when I run the AC and because I have an unpaid invoice (from the toilet removal/replacement) that never happened, they wouldn't come out. Also, because I wasn't having them come out and do the annual PM (preventive maintenance) they wouldn't honor their work. I subsequently had another HVAC tech come out and that's when it was discovered that the tube was not connected. I have pictures and a statement of what he found when he opened it up. It had been leaking every time I used my AC potentially since 2020. My ordeal is not over as the AC unit seems to take forever to cool my condo whereas the previous unit was much more efficient. That shouldn't happen with a 3 year old unit. Beware of SNH P&H.

Highly recommend! From the initial contact to diagnosis the scope of the issue to the completion of the project, Andrew was extremely professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He and his associate worked quickly and cleanly in replacing old copper return pipes. The price was very reasonable. We also just switched to their heating oil service and expect to save almost $1k a year!

Very pleased with the great service once again! We had a problem with our boiler. Of course it was late in the afternoon when this happened. I called and spoke with a super nice Lady. She called me back with several options and she was able to send an after hours Tech over. He had us back up and running in an hour. The boiler hasn't run this good in quite awhile. Absolutely a nightmare. I used this company to finish a master bath. The scope of work included framing a stand up shower, shower install, repair, tape, mud, & tile remaining bathroom floor. After speaking with Andrew, I decided to hire his company to complete the work. Unfortunately, after several issues with the job started to arise, Andrew was no where to be found & wouldn’t return my calls.

When I was able to get through to someone, the woman working in the office that I spoke to was unknowledgeable & rude. She couldn’t offer any type of resolve or explanation for the issues but kept harassing me about final payment.

The issues I am referring to were the walls that were not finished appropriately & the grout in the tile floor which was breaking apart & falling out. The icing on the cake was the man the contracted out to do the work kept offering his services for other projects after I addressed the concerns with him. He was nothing but unprofessional, inappropriate & rude.

As a single, female entrepreneur I would NEVER recommend hiring Southern NH Plumbing Heating Cooling to complete a project again. I have included photos of the completed job that they felt was satisfactory for over 8K.

Jacob and Mark did a fantastic job and were 2 of the nicest guys you could ever want to meet. The dispatcher was wonderful and was beyond helpful for this emergency. I can't recommend this company enough!!! They are my first call from now on for any plumbing need.

This winter I shopped heating oil prices and found SNH to be substantially lower than my previous provided. I also found it refreshing that there were not a lot of "extra" charges such as hazardous material delivery fee. Their fee has been what they quote me, no surprises. This week I was in need of maintenance of my oil furnace, the team arrived on time and got right to work. Both members of the team were professional and took the time to explain what they did. I am very happy with the switch to SNH and would recommend it for others in their service area. Great business to work with.

These guys are great. We've been using them for about 3.5 years now for things like plumbing fixes and new lines, installing water spouts to the outside of the house, hot water tank replacement, and even installing and maintaining a new furnace (yes, we have an older 'project' home)! They're always friendly, professional, thorough, clean, and willing to accommodate our schedules and particular needs of our unique older home. Highly recommend!

I have now used SNH plumbing and heating 3 times and each time I have been blown away but the service. The front office is quick to respond and get you the answers you need. And the team they send out is always professional and monitor their impact on your home. I have never seen such care to my walls, and doors when moving my large heating unit in and out of my place.
