Andrew was awesome, he came on the weekend to replace a water softener and a toilet. he was in and out in less than 2 hours and not a drop of water or dust hit my floors, he was the most professional plumber Ive ever seen. I was quite impressed when he bagged the old toilet to remove from the house. He also had a great suggestion for my well because my water had a funny odor, and no more odor now. I will definitely be calling them next time I need a plumber.

Andrew and his guys are amazing! When I needed some work done at my house they came and worked late to get the job done. They answered all of my questions and when they were done they left the work area spotless! I've had bad experiences with other contractors but these guys are professional, trustworthy and they leave you with confidence that the job was done right. I now have a new plumber. Highly, highly recommended!!!

I was 8600 feet above see level in the desert of New Mexico with 1 bar of cell service on a business trip. And then I got every landlord's worst text message "We have a leak in the apartment". I started calling all plumbing companies in and around Derry, NH. It was around 6pm EST. Half of the companies never called back. The major ones gave me a date in a week. Until I called SNHPH and talked to Matt. He carefully listened to me and promised that they will come tonight. Zach called me on his way (9pm). He went to the house inspected the leak and quickly fixed it. While he was there the residents shared some other plumbing feedback and he carefully recorded it. He gave me a call and explained that it is all fixed at the moment and that he will be back to inspect the entire house for any future problems (the house is 120 years old and bunch of people did bunch of random work as it could be expected for New England). At this point they could literally charged me anything 3-$400, but they did not and they did win me as a permanent customer for the years to come. On the following Saturday Zach came back and brought the owner Andrew. I met with both of them and explained that I am looking for a long term plumber partner, not for one quick job contractor. They said this is exactly what they did. They fixed two more minor issues and again charged me a very reasonable price. Both times I felt I got more value for my money. Strongly recommended company of trustworthy professionals.
Again, when i knew I had a leak in my investment property and that I am very far away to deal with it Zach made all the difference in the world to the point I was able to go back and perform my duties and even have dinner with the customer. I was beyond stressed and he was simply there for me. May seem as and overstatement, but I have residents on both floors, so I was inconveniencing both families with young children. Not a good feeling. THANK YOU!!!

I contacted Andy from a more-or-less random internet search, based on his reviews, and I'm glad I did. I needed a water tank inspected for a home purchase and only had a few days to get it done, and he came out on a Sunday to do it for me. He really went above & beyond to inspect the system and explain everything to me. He's a great guy and I would definitely recommend him & Southern NH Plumbing, I'm using him again for my other home repairs / upgrades.

Friendly courteous service. I needed my septic tank pumped and was driving past their company and pulled in to get a quote. It was after hours but they took the time to talk to me in the parking lot as they were trying to get in their cars to go home. Called me back the next day and we set a date. Brian came on time, did a thorough job cleaning out my tank and impressed me so much I'm planning on hiring them to install a mini split in the house. Thanks, great job guys!

Highly recommend. Needed a pressure test done on my natural gas heating system and it couldn’t have been a more easy process from start to finish. I can’t say enough about how great SNH is! The owner Andrew came out on a Sunday, last minute, to help fix a clogged pipe that we had already had another plumber out to assess. He was quick and efficient!!
