My family and I had just moved to the area and into a house with all new appliances. After a week of having most of the appliances faulty my family of 5 had been without a stove and oven for the entirety of our time here. Andrew’s team came out Thursday and fixed all they could but had to order parts for the oven/stove. The parts came in late Saturday and Andrew (owner) personally came out and fixed our oven and other small issues. He took the time to educate us and test his work for us allowing us to have comfort.

We are grateful for his compassion and his companies desire to help their community and people. Their response and professionalism the whole way has earned a customer, and made us feel welcomed to New England! I would highly recommend Southern NH Plumbing and Heating to anyone in need of honest prices and great service.

6/28/21: SNH Plumbing & Heating just finished installing a mini-split system for our 100+ year old home. Every aspect of the service was positive from the communication to the scheduling to the completion of the service, phenomenal! The price was fair, the financing options were great and took less than 5 minutes to complete. The scheduling was convenient. Confirmation prior to installation was performed, they arrived at the time stated, the installation was performed professionally. I was a little concerned as we have plaster walls, but no problem for Josh and Shawn, expert installation. The clean-up was immaculate, you wouldn’t have even known they were here. Josh walked me through the programming and remote, and I even received a call after the install was completed from the owner, Andrew Chesney, checking in to make sure I was satisfied with the experience. 5 star all the way! Highly recommended from a repeat customer.

Very pleased with this company. Scheduling was easy, they sent a txt before they arrived, they arrived at the agreed time, and performed the work as expected. The plumber was professional and courteous. One thing that I really appreciated was that he slipped boot covers on when I greeted him at the door - unprompted! Most of the contractors I’ve had in my home could care less about tracking dirt and mud across your floors so this was really appreciated. He completed the work quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable hourly rate. I’ll definitely be using them again if I have plumbing needs.

Ac went out. They were booked up but made the time to take care of us so we didn’t cook in this heat. Thank you! My sanity thanks you.

We called Southern New Hampshire Heating and Plumbing with an emergency on Veterans Day and within 8 hours they were here over the holiday weekend. They replaced the entire sewer line in a few hours and were more than fair with pricing! Not only did the job require digging and replacing old sewage lines but also pulling out part of our deck. They took care to remove what was needed, sure not to destroy any of the pieces they pulled out and reinstalled them at the end of their job. They apparently also deliver fuel and do have a quality professional electrician on staff. I will never call another company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Southern New Hampshire Heating and Plumbing.

Ever since moving back to NH, 6/23/21, we've had SNH Plumbing tend to our Plumbing projects.

These office staff has treated me as if I were a friend, which is quit refreshing. The creek that have been sent out are truly masterful at their work. Courteous, Kind, Friendly along with a take charge and fo us on the project. They arrive on time and finish on time, and even sooner in some cases.

The most recent project was working with our contractor to build us a bathroom in the basement. Again, their work was masterful.

Emergency call on a Sunday morning. Andrew came out in an hour and replaced the motor in or busted furnace. Quick, responsive and very reasonably priced - especially for an emergency call.

Called for an emergency on a Saturday and they were here within 1.5 hours. They went above and beyond to fix the problem. Upfront about pricing and explained everything that needed to be done. I would give a 10 if it was possible.

Do not use this company! I had a basic baseboard added to our addition and it has been nothing but problems. When they installed they left a line on our furnace that leaked over night causing a pool of water in our basement. They apologized and did come the next day to check it out and informed me the service rep forgot to remove it…I also informed them of a popping sound coming from the baseboard. They came out to “fix” it which was never fixed. Here it is the middle of winter and it’s still making the same sound if not louder. They do not respond to voicemails and the woman on the phone is extremely rude!! Unprofessional and lots of errors that they are not willing to make right. AVOID!!
