We have used this business a few times, now, and they have been phenomenal! Always responsive, and quick in getting to you to take care of your issue(s). The plumbers provide fantastic customer service, where they are professional, personable, explains what you have going on and the appropriate fix, making you feel very comfortable & relaxed, while getting the job done in timely fashion. And the repairs have been for a great price, as they make sure you are taken care of without draining your bank account. We have been grateful for their service!

Very responsive on a Sunday. Within 2 hours he was here and fixed the pipe. Very personable. Would absolutely use or refer again.

Called tonight at 6pm for a massive clog in my drain going into my septic tank and Andrew was extremely kind to drop everything he was doing and come to the rescue. I couldn't flush anything or use my sink. The first company I called couldn't come out till Monday!! Andrew came out within an hour to fix the issue. I am a new customer and never used them before as I just moved to NH at the end of July, but they still made me a priority. They were professional, fast, efficient, and extremely kind. As a business owner myself, I find it refreshing to see a company match my own business in customer service. They went above and beyond to help me. I was also expecting a massive bill for the night time emergency call and response time, but was pleasantly surprised at their reasonable charge that was more than fair. So impressed by the time and care that this company takes with their customers. We have been in NH for a couple months and with out Southern NH plumbing and heating we would have had a clogged sink, a flooded basement, no AC and a broken shower. It’s nice knowing you can call people that you trust to fix issues around your house. Highly recommend.

This is the 2nd time we used Southern new Hampshire Plumbing and heating. Last year they replaced our boiler. Recently they removed my ductless air-conditioning system and installed a new larger more efficient system.

Water heater issues always seem to pop up when you least expect them. I awoke to a leaking water heater on Sunday morning of Halloween. I called Southern NH Plumbing and got a person right away. He told me that he a big job ahead of me but he would be over as soon as possible. Within an hour or so I got a call back saying he was on his way. He informed me that the water heater needed to be replaced and we talked options. He was very thorough in proposal and answered all our questions. Sent me a quote via email and I could approve it through a link there. (AMAZING user experience). Then as he was leaving he told me that he was on call tomorrow too and that he would make sure I got my new water heater installed by the end of the day. I got a call around noon from the office telling me that they were working hard to get to me today but couldn't give me a time. Within an hour I got a call saying they were on the way. 4 guys showed up to convert my oil water heater to a propane tankless. They were courteous, friendly and worked hard. They got everything up and running and walked me through everything. I am beyond impressed with these guys. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Their prices were great! Service was outstanding! They were incredibly honest and upfront from the moment I spoke to the tech on Sunday. I can't say enough about how great it was to work with this team! I will no doubt but using them for all my plumbing and heating needs in the future! Thank you!

It does not matter what type of service I need from this company. They are always here on time with a smile. Very professional and knowledgeable. Always answers my questions or concerns. Takes the time to show what they did. 5+ stars always to this company!!

My furnace was running poorly so I called Southern NH Plumbing and heating to tune it up. It ran worse afterward so I called them back and they charged me again to clean the heat exchanger and tune it again. Then it quit altogether so I called them back a third time and asked for an estimate before they did any more work. I got a bill emailed to me for a new oil pump and controller they already installed. They offered me 50% off because they had done the work without approval but by then the furnace had already quit again. I told them to come get their pump and controller and reinstall my old parts which they did. Then I had Heritage Plumbing and Heating look at it. Heritage confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the oil pump or controller and identified the problem as the wrong nozzle installed by Southern Plumbing and heating at the tune-up. This caused over $2000. worth of damage to my furnace which Heritage repaired and the furnace has been purring like a kitten ever since. I took Southern NH Plumbing and Heating to small claims court and won a refund on the tune-up but I am still out over $2000. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
