Coordinated with Southern New Hampshire Plumbing & Heating when having new countertops installed as we needed the sink and dishwasher disconnected and the garbage disposal disconnected and removed. This included changing the pipe as the disposal was not going to be used in the new setup. The work done was superior and on time. I strongly recommend this company and plan to hire them again.

We needed a plumber to come to our new home and fix some water pressure and temperature issues. Matt was great! He was very comfortable to have in our home and solved the issue for us! I would highly recommend SNHPH and asking for Matt specifically!

Absolutely amazing job by Southern New Hampshire Plumbing and Heating. I had a bad clog in our septic system and they came right out and took care of it. It is so difficult to find reputable plumbing and heating professionals. Couldn't be happier. Called over Labor Day weekend thinking I would have to leave a message and wait 2 days for a call back but not only did Andrew answer the phone, he scheduled an appt on the next business day available ! (Which is great as it wasnt an emergency) Zach was great! Called on his way...Showed up early!! *very rare but a very nice surprise! Got the job done .. was neat,clean and very quick! Very satisfied and will definitely use them again !! Highly recommend Andrew and his team!!

Absolutely Terrible customer service. Called to have someone come out to quote a stove conversion from electric to gas. Was referred to SNHPH through a friend who is a retired master plumber in the Haverhill area. The lady on the phone was really really nice. We set up the appointment. They called me the day before to ask if we could move the window. Of course I said no worries. The guy Jim I think his name is came to the property. I wasn't there but my contractor was and greeted Jim. He did the quote and left. I called 2 days later as I had not received the quote. I was told he would do it that day. It wasn't. I called 3 or 4 days later again and left a message saying how disappointed I was that I never had a call or anything from them. To this day I've not been contacted from them. Not even to say they were sorry, that perhaps something came up, here is the quote if you still want to work for us. Nothing! What are you guys doing there you don't even follow up on referrals from colleagues in the business? You are obviously SO busy you don;t need to I guess? Aren't referrals gold in ANY business? Would NOT hire you. You guys can't even get it together to even offer an apology. Well the folks who told me to go to you have been made aware of how you treated my wife and I and will NOT be sending any more business your way. I'm sure the service is amazing as the other reviews suggest but as I never even had the chance to look at my quote I can't say

I can’t say enough good about this company. My son broke the button on my jacuzzi. Andrew came out himself and wedged himself into an incredibly tiny hole to fix it for me. He never complained and I know it had to be incredibly uncomfortable. This is not my first time using them. I highly recommend them to anybody. Their service is incredible and they always do a quality job!!!

I needed a de-winterization done on a home and had a very small window to work with. Andrew made room in his busy schedule to accommodate me the next day. His attention to detail and high level of knowledge were immediately evident as I watched him work some magic on a house that had its water and heat turned off for several years. Instead of telling me I needed to replace an aging system, he simply recommended a few items to be aware of in the future and quoted me on a potential boiler upgrade that I had inquired about. Have already recommended him to a friend.

I had SNH Plumbing, Heating & Cooling come out to my home to assess and quote some of their services. The representative that came out was very professional, polite, thorough, knowledgeable and represented the company very well. Highly recommended.

I called Southern NH Plumbing based on some recommendations I have heard. I did still received two other quotes for my master suite/bathroom renovation before I settled on SNHP&H. They were below other quotes (at first) by about 1000$. I told each company the same thing but SNHH&P spent more time and looked at more of my home then the other two companies. Later in the construction plans changed a bit and because of complications the price went up a bit. Even still, SNHH&P were competitive with the other raw quotes I received earlier (and those compnaies did know this added complication I ran into). The employees are all neighborly like. Deb working the phones is kind and friendly. The owner is professional and informative while also being”warm” and friendly. The other two workers I interacted with were super knowledgable and willing to do what it takes to get the job done correctly. By the end of the project I would consider them as friends. I had full trust in their ability and professionalism while in my home. I am no plumber but I am a very handy guy when it comes to building and construction. I will most certainly use SNHH&P again, and recommend them to friends. Furthermore, they are easy to contact, timely with return phone calls, and prompt with appointments. Certainly a hard thing to find in the contracting business!
