Key Heating & Air Conditioning

We had a great experience using Key to install a new furnace, heat pump and duct work to our home. Everyone from the office staff to the field guys were very responsive to all of our questions prior to the installation through completion. Jon presented us with several options for heating and cooling and explained the pros and cons of each, helping us make the right choice for our home. I called and spoke with Tammy at 8am, explained my concern. She said she was going to speak with Jason and see what and when they could respond. She said she would call back. A little while later she called and said Jason would be coming by later in the afternoon. At about noon received a call that Jason was on the way and at 1:30 received a call the concern had been resolved. Professional and timely repair. Thank you

Walter was pleasant, professional and prompt! Diagnosed the problem quickly and the repair was done ASAP. We have a geothermal system that requires a different diagnostic skill set from our oil based system. Key technicians have this knowledge and are always able to answer questions.

Bob did a great job on my AC install. It was a little more complicated than a "normal" install because of the way he had to run the circulation lines in/out of the house. He discussed options with me and then took the time to explain what he was doing throughout the install. The AC has been running perfectly and our house is nice and cool again!

Excellent service from Richard Chagnon at Key Heating & AC. Quick and professional. The only caveat was that weather and traffic got him delayed by 30 minutes which made me miss an appointment. Nothing anyone could have done about it.

Matt was very professional and was thorough on the maintenance and cleaning of the heating system.

Very happy with the mini split heat pump unit that was installed by Key. Garrett was very helpful in getting the units that we needed and Bob did a great job during the installation. The subcontracted electrician ran into some delays and communication with respect to that could have been improved but overall very happy with our new system.

Keith was on time, worked efficiently and was very knowledgeable. He took time to explain our system and gave us suggestion as to how we can get the most out of it. A very reassuring presence. Very pleased with his work. Thanks to all involved.
