Key Heating & Air Conditioning

We couldn't have asked for a better response to our situation. We lost our heat (23 degrees outside) and called Key. They said they would get someone here as soon as they could. Within the hour we got a text that Michael was on his way.What a Godsend! He diagnosed our issue right away, but meanwhile found a serious problem in that our fuse box had had a fire and melted parts. Yikes! He guided us as to what we needed to do ASAP and didn't leave until we fully understood the gravity of the situation. I would gladly recommend Key and Michael to anyone who needs expert help on their heating system!

They didn't show up within the window of service time set up in advance, but they did show up the next work day out of the blue to rectify the missed appointment. The technician was friendly and efficient, removed his shoes, and got it done.

Matt was great. Found a switch had been left off after it had been serviced and turned it on, The heat pump had trouble getting out of low flow mode and he fixed that. Matt then inspected the boiler and is developing a maintenance plan for it.

Quick and effective diagnosis. Very responsive. Technically proficient. Incredible fair and reasonable price. My best experience with a Home Service Provider in years. Thank you - and keep up the great work!!

Arrived on time and completed the work quickly. Pleasant crew who communicated well and got the work done at a reasonable price point.

Update: I had issues with my AC not cooling. Key was quick to get someone out to my house for service. Walter did a great job. He was quick with the repairs and had my unit working in no time. I highly recommend Key Heating and AC

A great installation experience. Everyone I had contact with from Marie who performed a walk around and estimate, to Pete and Tim who installed the split systems, all were very professional and explained everything as they proceeded. Their work (and work ethic) is excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting to install a split system.
