Scheduled annual maintenance. A small part was discovered to be worn. The technician showed it to me, explained the issue. Service was excellent, timely, and trustworthy. Lorne even left the worn part with me in case we need an emergency backup some day.

We had a great experience with Key Heating & AC. They were prompt and reasonably priced. Keith was knowledgeable: explained everything he did and why and answered some of my questions concerning a system upgrade. If I need service again, I wouldn't hesitate to call them and I would ask for Keith.

I was so glad that I called Key. The women in the office assured me that they would be able to help me. Keith came and took time to explain everything that he was doing and just what had gone wrong with my system .He had it up and running in no time. The prices are reasonable and the staff is excellent.

Would not recommend you do business here. I called to have one split AC unit checked, possibly repaired. The first guy came after they upsold me to check all my units, however, they did not fix the only unit I needed help with, then charged me. They didn't follow up, so I had to, and ask for someone to please come and fix the original problem. 4 days later, the service tech shows up, checks it and leaves in 20 minutes. Within an hour, I have 2 estimate for close to $2K to fix my unit. BTW, a new interior unit costs almost this much. Nobody called and explained anything... When I called them for answers, the service manager was rude, defensive, and unprofessional. She then made it clear that she was going to charge me even more to come out and fix the issue, while laughing. The whole thing seems like a scam. This is NOT the type of person you want to do business with, and as a result, I will no longer work with them or refer them.

I was very pleased with the topics and questions that Keith was willing to discuss in clear, understandable language. His knowledge gives us a much better insight as to how our system works, and why regular upkeep is important. His manner is very open and friendly, and he is great at explaining any questions that we have. I do hope he comes again next time. Keith P was fantastic. Very personable and extremely knowledgeable. I had double trouble - furnace fan had died, as had the hot water pressure valve. He explained everything in layman’s terms and though he had to leave and return with another part several hours later, he was just as pleasant at the end of the day as he was when he walked in the door that morning. Would totally recommend Key Heating & AC in general and Keith P in particular. In addition, the office staff is terrific - both Laurie and Karen were wonderful.
