Dan did an excellent job and quickly responded this morning with a temporary fix and we now have heat.

No heat on a cold day
They were here within 1/2 hour had everything up and running quickly.
Been a customer for years and will remain one for years to come !

We had such an amazing experience with this company. They literally just left after the final installation today, and wanted to write this review to share what a positive experience we had. I wanted to post this review to help others who are searching for a heating and air conditioning service. From day one when I initiated the first call to set up service, I spoke to three different people in the process and they could not have been any kinder and sincere. They thoroughly answered all the questions we had. If they promised us a phone call,they would call back very promptly. They performed the installation in a very timely manner. The amazing team we had were two employees,named Matt and Pete. They went above and beyond throughout the entire installation process. They were professional and kind through every turn. The entire company is top notch.
Give this company a call, I promise you won’t be sorry!

If you have a failed DIY project like I did, Key HVAC will handle the situation. I was treated respectfully and the service fee was fair. I was a little annoyed at having my service rescheduled, but it made sense considering they are short-staffed and my problem required more time allotted.

Michael D'Agostino did an awesome job. He tested the heat pump system and made recommendations for future maintenance. He is very knowledgeable and a good asset for Key Heating.

Key just repaired our GeoThermal after various vendors tried and couldn’t figure out the source. Walter was professional, took the time to explain the issue and overall best practices with me and most importantly, FIXED our AC unit on the hottest day of the year! Thank you, Key! You just earned a permanent customer!

Mike was a straight Shooter. Even though my system is very old he managed to correct and point out things to watch out for.

New to New England, we found Key and based on their good reviews, scheduled our annual furnace check up with them. Richard was timely and professional and took the time to explain and show me what he was doing and what needed to be done to properly maintain our furnace. He was friendly and knowledgeable and we appreciated his expertise. He clearly knows what he is doing and is passionate about his work, and it shows.

Our water heater failed so we contacted Key HVAC. I’m so glad we did. Richard came to our home and quickly figured out went wrong. He advised us of our options and is very knowledgeable. Not a salesman at all, comes across very nice and quite knowledgeable .
We will be putting a new boiler in soon and will be calling Key back because of Richard.
