We have a geothermal heating and cooling unit and only trust Key to do repairs and servicing. They are always knowledgeable, responsive, and professional! So glad to be a member.

Maintenance technician showed up on time and performed maintenance on our furnace. Described adjustments made to system. Polite.

A complete disaster... we spent good money on a brand new A/C system and they did not install it correctly. They kept sending service people over who agreed it was not correct, but no one did anything about it. They were supposed to come over and meet with my wife to cover everything, appointment was made weeks in advance on her day off and the completely ghosted her without any communication..... could be the worst company I have ever dealt with, unprofessional and basically flat out liars.... would love to see them dispute any of this as i have the complete email chain..... Buyer beware!!!!

Walter was personable and knowledgeable which is more than I can say for my previous company. He completely checked out the split system and did the required maintenance. He also explained what he was doing and it was a fair price for the work he performed. Would recommend him and Key HVAC.

Walter is awesome and very knowledgeable. Took his time explaining the issue and how to solve it. We'll see how it turns out. But overall im happy with Key heating.

Communication with office staff can sometimes be difficult however the Dan and his partner for the install were beyond fantastic, very informative and respectful
