Key Heating & Air Conditioning

Came an hour earlier than our appointment did not have access to the inside of the house because I was not there yet to meet them went ahead and replace something in the outside air conditioning unit without my permission or even giving me pricing. When I came there at the time of the appointment I called them after waiting a few minutes with no one showing up and they told me they already fixed it. I tried the air conditioning and it was not working I asked them if they could come back because it's not working and that I did not give them permission to fix anything. They scheduled a time for someone to come back they did not show I had someone else to fix it. They continued to bill me and were un apologetic. So unprofessional

The team at Key was great. They fit the appointment to work with our schedule. They arrived when they said they would. They were professional, courteous and helpful. The technician knew about our equipment, serviced it in a timely way, and discussed long-term options as our equipment becomes older. We'd certainly use Key again in the future for our heating and air conditioning needs!

Richard arrived punctually, listened to our problems and what we knew about the problem since we just purchased the house. I knew it would be an expensive repair and was prepared for the worst. I come from a mechanical/facilities background and understand big package units, but don’t know much bout residential units.

Richards knowledge and professionalism was without parallel. We knew we were in good hands when he left.

We also had Key HVAC install Mitsubishi hyper heat minisplits in a flip we did last year, so I’ve now had the experience of working with them on new installation deal and on the service side.

Highly recommend this company! Get on their maintenance plan, it’s a great program!

On a busy week in the midst of a heatwave, Key went out of their way to help me avoid frying in my own residence. Thy were obviously backed up with many appointments at this time of year, yet called as soon as they had a cancellation and came out on the spur of the moment to get my HVAC issues addressed. Walter did the annual maintenance on our geothermal system, showing up exactly on time, explaining the work he'd be doing, and discussing his findings. Based on this experience and our previous experiences with Key, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Emergency service call on Christmas Eve. Our boiler malfunctioned. Technician Mike Ring did everything he could to get the boiler motor to work, but it was too late. We appreciated his prompt response and knowledge of the problem. We will continue to use Key for our HVAC needs going forward.

The team at Key was extremely responsive and professional, and the HVAC replacement went so smoothly. The owner came out and gave us an estimate for the work the day we called, which was amazing; so many other HVAC repair companies that we called couldn't get here for minimum a week to as far out as three weeks. An official estimate was sent within 24 hours, contracts were signed, and we were put on the schedule. The team arrived early the day of replacement and had everything up and running within a few hours. We couldn't have been happier and will be calling them in the future for any HVAC needs. Key heating has been responsive, fair, and easy to work with. I've worked with their repair department and sales department. Richard is knowlegable, to the point, and efficient. Colin although very busy has been able to schedule repair and install without issues and when questions arose was able to get answers. Alex provided a very fair quote and the product was delivered as quote. The office staff who answers phones is friendly and helpful. I won't hesitate to keep using Key.
