What a releif to find a company that doesn't over sell the service.
As a small business owner i need to watch every dollar.
Windy City Air conditioning came out to my business (on time) gave me there price to do a three year service agreement (per my lease).Not only was it the best deal but with there Discount Club offer I saved even more money.I was so impressed with every one I talked with from the office to the worker that came out, I decided to go ahead and have them service my home as well. Great Job. The worker that came out to the house noticed that we take our shoes off and with out asking him he came prepared with slip on boots to protect the carpet. Very nice touch.

I called them first thing in the morning Monday, June 4th, and a service professional was at my trailer at 11:30a.m. the same day. I was very happy to be given the truth that I simply needed a repair and the coils cleaned, instead of a completely new unit. Javier Lopez was quick and efficent, and very courteous as well. I felt very safe with him in my home. I even SAVED 40.00 by joining the Premiere Customer Club!! I am VERY satisfied with their service, and they will be the only A.C. Repair company I will keep on my list!!

We had our a/c units serviced by Windy City Air last weekend. the gentleman who came out called to inform me that he was running late. When he got here, he worked diligently to inspect and clean and test both units. I was happy to sign up for the Valued Customer program to insure priority response if my unit fails in the future.

Highly recommended!!! called and was greeted not by staff, but by the owner himself. At call back,the staff was up front and friendly, called 10 minutes prior to arrival as stated had the situation diagnosed within 10 minutes after arriving offered an "if it was mine scenario" let me choose $ options and was completed in under an hour. The tech, (Jim), was very clean and courteous. A true working mans AC company, My AC company! Thank You Windy City

This could have been a nightmare but windy city was very helpful and understanding. They explained everything so I could understand, showing me pictures so I could see what the problem was which was a different experiance then ive ever had with a AC company. I highly recommend Windy City Air because they are honest and fair. Along with great work and clean.

I've rarely given a company a five star review. Vern is worth it though. Mobile homes are tricky and many companies do not know what their doing. At least that has been my experience. Windy City's proposal was the best in town.

Windy City did a good job of servicing the very old units in the home we moved into, which was important given my wife's respiratory problems. They arrived when they said they would, confirmed in advance, and provided the service at the quoted price. I will continue to use them.

Vern is incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy. His crews are great and helped me avoid an expensive repair with a simple fix. They are the only company I call when I have any HVAC issue.

The technician was very knowledgeable but the repair cost was very high. The company wanted 1000 dollars to replace a capacitor, the disconnect, and the contactor. Bought the parts for about a 100 dollars and did the work myself.
