My A/C went out during really hot day. I am so happy I found The Right Guys HVAC and Plumbing. The technician Val came between the quoted time. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem pretty quickly, the A/C was back and running. I definitely recommend them.

Have used these guys sever time for my rental properties. Never fail. Always knowledgable, haven't upsold me on anything, and reasonably priced. Show up on time, courteous and professional. Never received a complaint from any of my tenants.

Our AC went down on 115 degree day. I called multiple companies to quote. These guys explained everything in detail, they gave me all the options i have. I decided to change the unit because they gave me a great deal o it and it was a 27 year old unit. They got everything taken care of the same day and we went to sleep with cool air. These guys are definatly the right guys. They came out same day I called them about my AC. My blower motor was out according to the technichian and he had one on his truck I was up and cooling in less than a hour. Really happy with my service. Very nice guy Dima polite and very good prices.

This is one of the sorriest companies I have ever dealt with. They were sent to my residence to patch a 10" square hole cut in the wall by a previous plumber. Old Republic is the company who sent them, my window 8 to 12 brings a guy around 10, he takes a picture of the hole, says he is waiting for a P.O. from Old Republic in order to get the supplies needed from Home Depot, he leaves and never returns, it is now 1:30 and I call The Right Guys only to be put on hold for 10 mins after the receptionist hears the reason for my call. I am told I will be called back in 5 minutes, 20 minutes later I get a call with an apology for their misunderstanding of the reason for their call at 10 AM, I am asked when I can be home, I tell the caller "I am home and have been home all day" now I have a 2 to 6 window for another tech to come out and patch the wall. I would never, ever do business with these nut jobs again. I am glad I didn't have to pay for their service, but I can assure you, be afraid be very afraid of theses idiots.
