My AC was blowing hot air and my house was extremely hot. The technician came out right away and fixed this issue for less than 48 hours! Thank you Tanya for your amazing customer service and support. I will always be requesting this company!

They sent someone out and says there's no power to the a/c, warranty people send onother a/csays the same thing. But ut a electric text , he says it's a fuse blown because of the Compressor , another a tech said same in thing. So warranty people denied claim. These people do not know what they doing. Very unprofessional

From my very first contact with their office (spoke with Nonnie), I was patiently given simple answers about the possible causes of my AC breakdown and the approximate cost of repair. A leak test was recommended to eliminate potentially expensive trial and error. Serge performed the leak test and showed me exactly where the coil failed and why it was beyond repair. He selected the right coil replacement which is now providing excellent temperatures. The repair bill was right within the estimate, detailed with no surprises and reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend their service to neighbors, family and friends. There are many HVAC companies that can learn a lot from The Right Guys HVAC on how to treat their customers. Thank you.

I’ve had problems with my AC that ended up requiring a couple visits. Earl had the best customer service, as he actually found the real problem and also thoroughly explained what was happening. I’ve had others leave in the past who rushed through the appointment. So far, my experience with them and especially Earl has been good.

Their hours suck, and they don’t really attempt to work with your schedule. It’s obvious the people who do their scheduling do not communicate with one another. I had to reschedule an appointment because I was given a 4-8 window, well the technician showed up at 2:30. I do not get home from work until 4, so I wasn’t home. When I called back to reschedule the appointment, was told by a different person that the latest window they have is 2-6, and that 4-8 would never be possible. Very frustrating! Now I have to wait 5 days to have a leak even looked at. Not impressed with this company so far.

Great company. We just bought a house that has 2 very old units with a lot of problems, we called few companies and this was the one we went with. They did such a neat job installing 2 new units on my roof. Highly recommended!!

They have fair pricing and quality work and offer financing options.

If I could give no stars I would. My home warranty sent them to my home, they came and said the issue was Freon and charged me for it. My house never cooked off. Warranty had to call them again to set up an appt and they confirmed for the next day (now I'm without AC 3 days) they never showed!! Not I nor the warranty company could contact them...I then had to to wait another day for a different company. NEVER CHOOSE THE WRONG GUYS!!

This company was assigned to me by First American Warranty.
The technician assigned to me was in a window of 4 to 6 hours of waiting, when I got to repair the water heater and took several pictures and went saying that I would go for the replacement of the heater, and what happened is that they called me indicating that for his work and others he would cost another $ 890, detailed below, this technician never mentioned this in his visit, it seems dishonest on his part, these extra costs are nothing more to get more money to the client.

$ 65 drain pan, $ 65 sediment trap, $ 85 flex gas, $ 75 supply lines, $ 110 hot line insulation, $ 75 vent mod,
$ 175 t / p mod, $ 55 ball valve, $ 50 haul, $ 135 permit
