I recently had an urgent plumbing issue in my home, and I called The Right Guys HVAC and Plumbing based on a friend's recommendation. I must say, I am extremely grateful that I did.

This guys are definitely not the right guys. Awful customer service will leave you hanging for 3 weeks without informing you or make a call back. Very unprofessional and undependabe..Don't make a mistake in using this wrong guys.the tech who came at first was nice guy but management and customer service is zero.

Ok. So this is an honest review from a customer who used First American Home Warranty and didn’t have an extreme schedule issue/urgent need.

I submitted a service request to First American on 11/10 and they assigned this firm. They reached out the same day and we agreed on a service appointment on 11/17 with a 2 hour arrival window.

They sent location tracking of the technician and Edgar arrived within the time window. I explained issue and he headed up to the attic to diagnose. He found the problem with the heater control board within 30-45 minutes and performed the repair.

All is now working fine.

It was overall a good experience with excellent service from Edgar. Again, I did not have a strict timeline to meet, so not sure about their performance if you need something repaired quickly.

I would recommend this firm and ask for Edgar.

Great company to deal with! We have them coming on regular basis and they properly come on time and fix our systems (we have few offices) for very reasonable prices. Always come even earlier and finish the job very fast. Thank you!

I appreciate ASAP plumbing for coming out in such a timely manner. They were affordable and they got the job done quickly. The technician (sorry if forgot his name) was very nice. I would recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing service. Ms. Tammy is polite and makes sure she gets your information correct so that your visit is as problem free as possible!

It’s a shame that I have to give it a star. Came home from a beautiful little vacation to a 90 degree house. Our house sitter called us on the way home and we went into action. This was Wednesday evening to Thursday morning and called our homeowners insurance. This was the only company that would take the ticket but not till Friday morning between 10am-12pm. Well 12pm came and haven’t heard or seen from anyone. I had to call this company to find out that my tech was running behind. The tech was two hours late. When he arrived, we went straight to the back to find the barons went bad. He replaced the motor and we have air. But not for long. That was the only thing that he checked. When we got up Saturday morning the house was only at 82 degrees. We had to run to places and called our insurance to let them know. We got told to expect a call. Never received a call. I even tried calling to no answer. Come to Sunday and I tried calling this company and actually had someone answer. I told them I needed someone out today, being Sunday and got told the soonest was Monday between 8am-10am. Surprisingly our tech came by later Sunday evening. He found another problem and didn’t have the exact size item. He puts a bandaid on it to give us air til the morning. Once again, 10am came around and no tech. The tech was over two hours late again. Fixed the problem and haven’t check anything else with the A/C. The BBB gives them a “F” rating and worked like it.

They were assigned by my home warranty. They told me on Thursday morning they would be here on Saturday. I said that was not acceptable so they said Friday between 2 and 4. Then they called and said he couldn't come till Saturday or very late. The tech called at 8pm to say he was coming and I said it's a little late since my AC is on the 2nd floor roof and he 3as whining about working since 730am. They didn't call to reschedule and the people who answer the phones are very rude. They are also not accredited by the BBB.

Needed a new water heater. Julian was very nice and explained things thoroughly! Although there were insurance and transportation issues, we are very pleased with the service. Thanks Julian!
Didn’t pass inspection! Codes have changed since this house was built and I guess Julian didn’t catch it. Now we will have to be home again for more repairs.
