If you are referred to this company by your home warranty, (mine is American Home Shield) request someone else.
They will raise their voice at you and bully you into playing their game with the contract they have with the warranty company.
They have no interest in fixing anything. They are only interested in finding the best route that makes them the most money.
After the 4th visit to repair a broken AC unit, (same issue) we were told that it needed maintenance. Which I have on paper to prove. We just needed to let them clean it and maintenance it for an additional cost. Umm no.
After requesting another repairman from my warranty company, we learned that it needed a whole new compressor. They had no intentions of ordering one or possibly they are not knowledgeable enough to understand what the problem was. Wasted time.

This company is awesome! Excellent customer service all around, especially Tanya! So sweet, friendly, and personable. A real person who actually cares and treats you like a real person and not just another “appointment” to be scheduled. Also, Shawn saved the day and actually took initiative when no one else did and potentially solved a problem that no one else could! I will always make sure to request these guys!!!!!! Would give a 10 star rating if possible! 😊

If I could give a negative star I would. Totally dishonest company as I’ve seen in other reviews. They were sent by First American Warranty due to our AC blowing hot air. Tech was here for maybe 2 minutes and told us it was our compressor and it was covered. I don’t think he ever even took the unit apart. Next day the part was in and were told by The Right Guys that we have to pay 925.00 for uncovered costs and whole unit needs to be replaced. None of this was ever communicated to us by the tech. We spoke with the owner who argued with us and eventually we were sent to another AC company (Air Magic). The tech came out today and guess what?? The fan motor needed to be replaced. Our air is up and running. No out of pocket expense. Be careful. This company obviously takes advantage of people who don’t know any better. I still have the invoice from them plus the invoice from Air Magic. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well as First American Warranty.

I have a feeling the 5 Stars are FAKE reviews. They seem very generic. They were assigned to me by First American Home Warranty. They made me accept a 4 hour window for service. The tech was to call when he was on his way. He called when he was at my rental property prior to the appointment time. I called the company to get a status since I did not see him when I arrived at the beginning of the appointment window. They said he had already left because he waited 25 minutes. He did not wait that long and I was not called by him to say he was downstairs. The operator said I must accept an appointment time 3 days later.

This is not professional to make people carve out 4 hours of their day and they don't follow the appointment protocol that was set out.

I have no choice but to waste another 4 hour window. They will most likely inspect the water heater, but not be able to repair it on the same visit. I will have to come back again. The experience so far has been negative.

Hopefully the tech will be good. So far the scheduling "policy" is terrible.

Said they would be here between 8 am and noon. It is 12:50 pm and they still have not showed up. Did not receive a courtesy call to say they were "running late". Finally got a hold of them through the home owners insurance company because they were not answering their business listed phone. They said they could not show up until 2 pm. That's a total of 6 hours waiting. Awful service and what a waste of time.

UPDATE: So it turns out that their phone lines were down and could not call out. Val showed up after 2 pm and explained the whole issue. He was friendly with my kids and was professional. First American Home Warranty was not and they will be getting my review of them later. These are 2 different individual companies. When you review be sure to separate the two. Thanks Val for the clearing that up. I highly recommend Val for your HVAC needs, and call The Right Guys HVAC and Plumbing DIRECTLY.

I just received AC service from The Right Guys and the tech who's name was Earl was beyond helpful. What was a two day job for my unit seemed like a one day fix due to the courtesy and timeliness of Earl. He was informative and courteous. I definitely recommend them and will be returning when I need service again.

The Right guys care about getting things done right. They came out to fix a shower on the second floor of my rental and one of their new techs ran into an issue while on the job. I called and vented my frustrations about what had happened. Soon after they had upper management reach out and personally apologize over the phone as well as set an appointment to come out and take care of the mistake. I am very happy to say that they left the home in better shape than it was before the mistake. The manager showed up and spent his afternoon making sure everything looked fantastic. They improved my home and I would trust them to come back and do more work anytime after they way they handled my situation.
