Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! If you see them at your door, lock it up quickly. To start with, I had an appointment between 1-5 PM (per their arrangement). I get a call from the plumber stating that he won't be there till 6:15 PM. That won't work because I had an appointment in Summerlin at 7. So, they reschedule for 2 days later between 8 - Noon. Call them at 12:05 asking where the plumber is? I was out on hold and 5 minutes later I am told that the plumber coming to my house had quit. Strike 2!! The lady on the phone apologizes and guarantees me I will be there first appt on Saturday at 8. I told her he has to be there because I have to pick up my son at the airport at 10. Once again, I am GUARANTEED he will be there by 8 and gone by 9. I again agreed to this 3rd appt. Low and behold, I get a call at 945 AM stating that he can be there by 10. Needless to say I couldn't. By now I am fit to be tied!! Finally a FOURTH appt is made on Tues between 8 - Noon again. Thus time Charlie does make it out within the time frame. He puts new guts in the tank, changes out some screws and calls it good. I am sitting downstairs working on the computer when he comes downstairs and said he is done (about 20-25 minutes later). I finish my computer work and head upstairs and find a screw on the stairs. So I go to throw it away in the bathroom trash (the one Charlie had been working in) to find it in shambles!! He left garbage all over the floor, threw pieces of God know what into the tub and sink, left grease (?) on the bathroom counter and then proceeded to use my good body towel and hand towel to clean up some other grease from his hands or who knows where? I wish I could include pictures because I would. I had to have the bathroom professionally cleaned and had to throw out both towel from grease and rust stains. To make matters worse, I immediately called the office to let them know what happened. Amia asked if I could please forward to pictures to her, which I did immediately. She got back to me stating, " The hire ups will have to look I to this." It has been TWO weeks with not a peep from the "Right (in which they should change it to WRONG) Guys. So, anyone out there who knows a good attorney to help me recover my costs to have the bathroom professionally cleaned and replace the body and hand towel, I'm sure they love to win an extra few bucks on a SLAM DUNK case!! Like I said, have picture and documentation to back up everything I have said here!!! Long story short...NEVER USE this COMPANY!!!
