Noticed a leak from our furnace (of course it’s a Saturday afternoon), called Sun Country, called back immediately & came out. Carlos fixed the issue quickly & is very professional. Love how reasonable, quick, responsive, & efficient Sun Country is! Very rare these days!! Thank you Sun Country!

I hired what apparently was a shady company for my AC annual tune up who told me I needed to add $400 of Freon. Sun country came for free to give me a second opinion. The tech checked the system and told us it was fine. He saw a small leak and fixed it. When I asked how much, he said “nothing”. Already baffled because who shows up for free and fixed anything for free! Because my system is old and although it is working fine, I decided to get a whole new system from them. I have several rental properties and they will be my go to company from now on. Honest, fast, fair, friendly.

Aaron is definitely a great service tech who either keeps good records that he looks at prior to the service appointment or he has one heck of a good memory.

My A/C went out overnight. I called at 7:30, and it was repaired by 10:30!!!! On the phone, the representative was beyond nice, and took her time to explain everything to me. The technician diagnosed the problem in minutes, explained it to me, in terms I could understand, and had everything running within half an hour. I will use them for all my HVAC needs from here on out!!!

Sun City Heating and Cooling employees were all responsive and professional from the reception to estimate call and follow up questions. Phone representative was extremely helpful and friendly over the phone, scheduled a appointment for the next morning, made sure I was safe and gave me an accurate time frame that they would be there... so rare my manager assumed I'd be out all day. The Service Representative was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to make their customers feel safe. They had the part needed and overall price was very good.

Sun Country is a family owned business who I found to be very trustworthy. They were the only company that will come back to the home twice a year for five years to check on the new AC and furnace to ensure they are working properly. Their crew was very efficient and hard-working. They did a nice job of wearing shoe coverings and laying down tarps prior to the removal of the old system. I definitely recommend using Sun Country.
