Sun Country was recommended to me by a friend. I have called them for repairs four seperate times over the years and they have been great every time. The first time I called them they came out and fixed someone else's work that wasn't done correctly. Everyone I have spoken with at this company has been really nice. Service technician arrived on time. ETA was provided so I knew exactly when they would arrive. Cleaned my dryer vent and advised best cleaning frequency for optimal results. Took pictures to show me before and after results. Both the service technician and assistant were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.

I have been using Sun Country Heating and Cooling for many years. They are dependable and professional in their business. They have serviced my heating and a/c for at least 5 years maybe more.
They also replaced one of my a/c units at a very reasonable cost. When needed they respond very quickly and do a great job. This was no exception, my thermostat wasn’t heating my house and called for an appointment and within 2 hours Stephen arrived and diagnosed the problem and fixed it.
This is the service you will get when dealing with Sun Country, quick, efficient and reasonable.
By the way in all the years I have been using Sun Country ALL the technicians are great as well as the owner Ray who takes pride in his company.

THE BEST !!! From the 1st phone call to the office, Alexis, the administrator, who I immediately thought was awesome!, went out of her way to help and sincerely listen to my request, which was for my recently widowed mother-in-law out in Las Vegas a few days earlier purchased a split system from a large contractor out there and I (the daughter in law in Virginia), quickly realized that large company totally took advantage of a senior citizen in a vulnerable situation. Alexis sincerely understood my frustration and wasted no time. Within a few hours Mike was out there to provide and explain in detail what my mother-in-law would be purchasing and gave her an estimate. I didn't have to think twice. Mike's professionalism, honesty and knowledge had me make the right decision for my mother-in-law to have Sun Country provide her with not only a new split system, but to make sure that they would be the contractor providing maintenance. I contacted the original company and told them to come get their equipment. Ray, the owner of Sun Country, took time out of his day to personally go check out the whole situation. From my initial phone call with Alexis, to Mike then Ray going to the house. I know they will personally go out of their way to make things right for people. Excellent service all around. We were given the news by another HVAC company during our "summer maintenance" that our entire system needed to be replaced. We of course wanted to get other opinions.

After calling in 4 other companies, there was a clear difference between the way we were not only treated but in pricing. Sun Country has helped us with what we need to make it through the summer, until we can afford to pay for the entire new system. We will without a doubt be using them for our new HVAC purchase and installation in the fall.

For reference, some others were quoting us $26-$30,000. Yes, $30,000!!! Although Sun Country others came in with more reasonable ($12-$16,000) pricing - we chose Sun Country due to the way we were treated by them. Would highly recommend to ANYONE looking for HVAC work in Vegas.
